Review 1：Floors weren't vacuumed and ceiling had some cobwebs; otherwise basic and clean and good price for what we got. (cheap!)
Review 2：The window could be opened and it was quiet. It was a good location for us as we had finished cycling the Shimanami Kaido cycle route.
Review 3：The front desk workers seemed uncomfortable around me. They didn't explain anything when I checked in. The bed was too firm.
