Review 1：This year, we got a room in an adjacent corridor (beginning with 5..) and it was hardly ***, while the normal rooms in the main building are really nice.

Review 2：This was our second time in the Mediterraneo. For spending a night before or after the ferry trip, this is just what we need. It is not a honeymoon hotel :-) . I would like to thank the staff for changing my incorrectly booked room into two appropriate ones, and when it came to pay for the difference, it was for "peanuts". The hotel is a perfect value-for-money.

Review 3：The location is very poor. Hotel is situated outside of Livorno in the middle of industrial zone. There were big oil industries next to the hotel, so the oil was stinking in the air. There is only one little foodmarket and McDonald's next to the hotel.

Review 4：The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. If you only need a place to sleep, this is a good choice. But the location is really terrible in the middle of industrial zone.

Review 5：Not a nice hotel to stay your entire holiday, it is located in an industrial zone. E.g. a refinery lays next to the hotel (smelly) as well as a gas station and a MC. Donalds. The shower cabin had a lot of dark mold spots on the joint seales (should be refitted). The rooms had weird wall sockets that did not fit Schucko style power cords.

Review 6：Good overnight hotel if you take the ferry to Corse (in the morning), 5minutes from port. Good sized parking space at the hotel. There was an elevator. Moreover the room had a good airconditioning system and the shower plenty of warm water.

Review 14：Very handy if catching an early ferry. On a busy main road but couldn't hear noise from the room. From the outside looks like a Travel lodge or Formula 1 but inside much better. Breakfast fairly good value.

Review 19：The beds have metal soles and the cleaning ladies drag them on the floor each morning to clean the rooms. If you want to sleep in, forget it, you'll hear the screeching noises of the beds starting 9 am. So there is no interior phonic isolation. I recommend they buy those felt pieces that stick to the bed soles so they don't make so much noise.

Review 20：Friendly staff, clean hotel. It is indeed phonically isolated and you cannot hear anything coming from the outside, even though the strada statale si right near it. It's a good location if you have a car so you can move around the coast at your leisure. Close to the commercial centre (5 km).

Review 21：had to wait in line where Italians were served first, whereby lady at the counter apparently had an attitude asking me to wait in line when people arriving after me were served first. despite the booking policy the hotel did not keep the reservation until 6 pm and upon arrival I was informed there was no room available anymore, only I could choose to go to the old part of the otel without A/C. After later checking the booking app on the mobile it still showed some rooms available. I was glad to find a different hotel in Livorno city. I do not recommend, first contact being the most important needs to be worked on here.

Review 24：Our navigation system didnt find the adress. Because of the harbor depending on the wind sometimes it had a strange smell. The rooms are very small, good for one or two days but not longer. The breakfast was really poor. Only one sort of bread, sausage, cheese. No variety. We often wondered why this hotel had 4 stars. After the first day they didnt`t fill up the toilet paper. So I went at midnight to the guy at the receiption and asked for more. The safe was really small, just fitting wallets inside. I had 4 stars hotels with safes fitting ipods and even laptops. The bathroom was alright, but the shower was all muldy and it seemed they don`t even want to hide that. The webpage we booked was a babybett inclusive, but the hotel charged us this extra.

Review 25：Hotel was not in the center of the town, more at the harbor and near the highway. That meant less traffic jam, a near beach (10min car ride), and across the hotel was a gas station, mc donalds and shops. Parking lots were right in front of the door and free. A lot of guests just staying one ore two nights.

Review 60：Since most of the travelers come here because of the port and usually leave early morning, they should start serving breakfast earlier. Only that morning we saw leaving at least 15 people well before breakfast time.

Review 61：We stayed for a night waiting for the ferry to Corsica. The hotel is close to the motorway and the port is ~5 minutes away, around 6am at least. Later the traffic can a be a problem, I don't know. The room was clean and comfortable. We left before the breakfast so we only get a croissant and some coffee. There is McDonalds and two normal restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is in a industrial area, so don't expect lush gardens or anything like that. but I assume most of the travelers come here because of the port and don't really care about the surroundings until the hotel and the room is clean. They have a 24h reception but no garage.

Review 62：Asked for the restaurant and they directed me to the Mc Donalds across the car park. Location is miles from the City and a 50 euro (round trip) taxi fare.,

Review 65：We stayed in the hotel because our ferry to Corsica was cancelled due to bad weather conditions. The hotel is not far from the port and that is the only reason you should stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly a helpful.

Review 68：The hotel is not worth its four stars. We have booked room for three person but only two beds were prepared. When we asked the staff what about the third bed, they said that we could make the third bed by ourselves. We were lucky that we didn't have to prepare all the beds.

Review 70：Hotel is perfect located if you travel by boat from Livorno, only 10 minutes away. Perfect location near of the port not far away from motorway exit. Negative is only smell from rafinery located near of the hotel, but Livorno is industry city not a place fo honeymoon or vaccation.

Review 71：You can not open the windows because the hotel is in the middle of busy industrial part of the town. The view is sad, the air is bad. You are dependant on a climatic device which is a bummer if you hate them. Also, the woman at the reception office let me pay in advance, but didn't give me an invoice. I found that strange. She also gave me a document to sign, but the document was stil blank. Rather odd. Even children know better than to sign blank documents.

Review 75：Location is not ideal, nearby an oil refinery. However, as most of tourists in Livorno, we were just there to take the early morning ferry (to Corsica). Therefore OK for just one night. Another point about the city of Livorno : the city center is sad and gloomy, and there are not many restaurants open for dinner.
