Review 1：Staff were great could not be more helpful. Room very clean facilities in room topped up daily and cleaned daily.from management to the gardener all as helpful as could be. excellent would recommend to all.

Review 6：The motel is located in West Gosford, a reasonably handy spot for the southern part of the Central Coast (e.g. Gosford, Erina and Woy Woy). It's main advantage is that it's located next to the Gosford RSL so food etc is close at hand.

Review 7：Convenience to my work location visit and also the cleanliness, friendliness of the Motel Team and also the RSL Team and also the RSL attached so that a great meal at a good price is a few steps away.

Review 8：The drains in the bathroom stank and got more pungent as the night wore on. I had to keep the bathroom door closed when in the main room. Given the smell in the room and the lack of in-room bar fridge selections the $163 price plus $19 for breakfast was a little pricey.

Review 9：The location was good as I was attending a work function at the club next to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast on time and still hot when delivered to the room.

Review 10：The bathroom didn't drain shower flooded the entire bathroom in about 30 seconds. The room had a smell to it. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The 'free wifi' doesn't work and probably wont ever work for various excuses handed out by the company.

Review 19：I had cancelled one of three rooms that were booked through booking.com but the staff cancelled 2 of the rooms! On arrival we found out about the mistake and were given a room not near our friends, and down stairs.... But were still charged for the Deluxe room!!! In the morning an unknown guest was throwing cartons of milk and closhes etc over the balcony and onto our cars!!!! The staff weren't able to handle that situation and it made us feel unsafe!

Review 21：Maxine was very friendly and helpful at reception, both when I called to say we would arrive later than expected and also when we did eventually arrive. Really liked the ground floor room. We were only staying overnight but the room was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Review 29：the breakfast was not up to standard yoghurt was one week out of date (29-09-2015 we told the staff member ) the sausages tasted funny for the money you pay the breakfast was poor, I asked for a room with a balcony but did not get one disappointing

Review 31：We could not locate the property on the highway straight away so we called the number repeatedly but to no avail. We had to stop on the highway twice to ask locals for assistance. When we finally reached it the desk was unattended with others already waiting in line also.

Review 33：A good basic hotel, though it was slightly challenging that the RSL restaurant closed at 8.30pm ,which seems a little early. Rooms were clean and tidy though they are need of repair and general maintenance (bathroom door splitting, though it had obviously been repaired several times before).

Also the bedside table was stained from wine & clearly not wiped. There was quite a bit of possum poo on the balcony & again clearly not cleaned for a while. The price was far too high for what was offered.

Review 58：My husband and i really enjoyed our stay at the galaxy. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool and spa were just fantastic. The meals at the club were really nice. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending the galaxy as a really good place to stay at. We will definitly be back .

Review 61：When we first checked in, we found our room had only been partially serviced. Empty pizza boxes and a bowl of half consumed cereal were on the counter. Motel staff reacted instantly and positively and re-located us.

Luckily I had a copy of the booking confirmation from booking.com so we got 2 rooms but not one upstairs with sofa for my brother & 1 downstairs for myself due to mobility issues. Review 82：Not enough towels. Bed is on wheels moved too easily. Bed not very comfy with springs. Shower leaks onto floor. Balcony does not have sufficient drainage holes balcony was flooded. Check out at 9am with cleaner knocking on door was not favorable. Shower temp took awhile to adjust.
