Review 1：Inexperienced staff and continuously improvising owner. Outdoorfacilities taken up by large groups of children for most of the day(E.G. swimming pool) daily during summer period. Breakfast minimal andlack of service. Wifi only available in parts of the building (somerooms don't have connectivity at all). Construction works startingat 6.30am (noise). The owner attempted to solve a booking issue (notinvolving us as guests) by charging us more, not accepting this led tocustomer-UNfriendly behaviours by owner and staff - sorted afterconstructive intervention of Booking.com.
