Review 1：The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location is great. We had a junior suite room with a magnificent view to the beach and pool. Also the food was very good. We really enjoyed everything here :)

Review 2：Some of our guests went for the triple room as they had a child/children with them and they had to upgrade as the rooms were very cramped and the bathroom was tiny

Review 3：We went for a superior suite as it was our honeymoon, the sweet was fabulous, Reception staff (Alice) was very helpful and made our wedding arrangements happen. Bar staff were fun and friendly, we all made very good friends. Their DJ Symon was great and even entertained us with some great singing. the music was all British Chart Music

Review 4：The restaurant across the street is great. We ate there all three nights of our stay. There is a Supermercati a few blocks away and a but stop in front of the hotel.

Review 8：My daughter and I had a lovely holiday at Ca' Di Valle. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Dog Afgi was adorable! Great location for beach, restaurants, transport to Venice or other islands. Review 9：The room was surprisingly small with old furnishings, not at all expected from the decadent lobby. Furthermore, we were interrailing, and as we were travelling as two young backpackers, the hotel staff gave us scornful and disapproving looks.

Review 18：The staff were very rude and we were treat poorly. Our opinion is that we were treat differently because we were young and not German in a predominantly German Hotel.Before making the booking I rang the hotel twice to confirm exactly which room we wanted. We wanted to stay in the room spread over 2 floors and were told that was fine. I also put this info on the booking form and told them that it was our honeymoon so the room should be booked under my new name, Mr and Mrs. On arrival we were shown to a different room. It was clear they had not read our instructions or noted anything down after receiving our phone calls. The room was also booked under my maiden name.When I said there had been a mistake, we were told that someone else was in that room that night so we had to stay in a different room. They said if we packed our things away into our suitcases, the hotel would transfer us into that room in the morning. Luckily we'd taken a print out of our booking confirmation so we could prove in writing that we'd asked for that room as they didn't have any documentation.In the morning we packed up and waited to be moved but nothing happened. At 11am we rang reception as we wanted to go out for the day, but we were told by the hotel owner that the couple in our room had asked to stay another night and the hotel had said yes so we wouldn't be moving. They hadn't bothered to tell us, so we'd sat in all morning for nothing. We went to reception to talk to the owner. We had to tell them that it was unacceptable to simply agree to let someone stay in a room which was booked. The hotel owner didn't seem to think this was a problem. She told us things like "it doesn't matter which room you're in because you're young". After 15mins of heated discussion, the owner reluctantly agreed to contact the couple and tell them that the room was booked and they would need to move to another room to stay another night.

Review 19：Incredibly rude staff!!! The decor of the hotel and also the rooms was stunning. The pool was also well designed and had fun inflatables for adults and kids alike. The hotel was very clean with no insects in the rooms. The beach was nice and well kept.

Review 20：- room was really small (and the bathroom also), a little bit bigger than the bed - very noisy street outside the window (bus stop, garbage trucks dinning from the early morning) !!!! - ants everywhere! -hotel is old, and it should be renovated inside. The smell of old carpets and hangings is disgusting, and putting joss stick everywhere is not the good way to hide this smell. And by the way, those sticks smells really bad too. - you can literally smell the dust - staff was speaking very poor english - the men that was managing hotel restaurant was impolite - the most horrible music events ever..! Every Thursday there's a "party" in front of the hotel, music is bad and if you have your window on this side - too bad for you.. Singer isn't singing, he's just making sounds like "ooooo" "uuuuuaaaooo" to some disco songs..embarrassing - definitely the price is too big for what the hotel is offering

Review 21：- Big underground parking - 2 sunbeds and umbrella on the beach dedicated to the room - quite friendly staff especially one men (the only one on the reception) - quite good breakfast but no vegetables - you can buy bus&vaporetto tickets in the hotel reception

Review 22：sadly, this hotel did not live up to our expectations. The room was sparce and old, and the bathroom was almost un-workable-so small that my daughter caught her finger between the door and the basin. breakfast was dreadful, leftovers and very little choice. It is important to mention however, that the breakfast waiting staff were working full out constantly, and very courteous. Also the transfer service to and from the airport was second to none. Being petty, there was 1 sunlounger at the pool for every 10 guests, and if you head for the beach make sure you collect you lounger reservation card or you'll be constantly moved on by other guests!! Our break was great but no thanks to the hotel.

Review 24：Internet was very bad. only worked in the foyer and was really poor signal. Staff were abit strange in that they charged some young people for internet when its advertised that its free..( and it was like dial up anyway). Then they also overcharged me on the city tax. Please note the charge on the website before paying. I would not stay again :(

Review 25：Room was clean. Was cheap. Only 45 minutes from the city center so not too bad. Catch the ferry from san marco as it only takes 30 mins from there to the island, then you have to catch a bus for about 20 mins.

Review 28：We were a family of four but we got two separate rooms for our kids. They have rooms for 4 persons, but you have to upgrade ofcourse. The breakfast didn't have too many options. The price is expensive but not too over the top. The shower is too small, you have to twist and turn for you to fit in. The elevator is not user-friendly.

Review 29：The staff were accomodating. The location is good, just a 30 minutes boat ride to Venice, and it is in the 'countryside'. Restaurants, the beach is within reach. They have a kid-friendly swimming pool also and free internet in the lobby.

Review 30：Its so tourists, quiet and small place but still so much tourists, atsome point you don't feel like you are in Italy. Additional thing isthat I parked my car next to hotel and there was some work going on theroof and sadly I found my car damaged by some rocks falling down. Itlooks like its my fault that I parked there at first place but stillabsolutely no feedback from the hotel.

Review 31：Good gateway for Venice, bus stop just opposite the hotel and bus willtake you directly to the Punta Sabbioni ( 15mins) than you just take aferry to Venice and you done ( another 15mins). Rather quiet location soif you looking for lively place - this is not the spot. Nice pooloutside. Ok place for weekend only.

Review 32：Very polite and friendly staff.We were allowed to check early with noproblems.Could not believe our luck as we were able to make the most offthe private beach and pool all day long.They even offered us a biggerroom on check in which was a real surprise.Very quirky hotel and overalla most enjoyable stay.On check out the staff had a list of transportoptions ready for us which was much appreciated. Well done on the bestcustomer service we have experienced in a very long time
