Review 1：- Wonderful location, right on the beach, restaurants, shops, everything closeby - Very spacious, very clean apartment. Bright, airy and very well equipped. - Friendly and very helpful staff.

Review 2：Only one thing I would say is that there is free bike hire which was great but on the last day (we checked out at 11am) we had to pay for the bikes. We really didnt mind but did suddenly feel like you weren't a guest anymore and think it would be a nice touch to include bike hire on the last day of your holiday..

Review 3：Everything was lovely, we had a sea view balcony which made you feel like you were waking up on the beach. The best location in Grottamare, not too busy and v smart

Review 6：No blanket - just sheet and thin bedspread - I woke up cold. This wouldn't be an issue in the summer. Not many trains stop at Grottammare -long waits between trains - but there are bus alternatives available if you do some research when you arrive. Room backed onto train line and passing trains are loud.

Review 7：Across from beach, close to shops and the train station's only about 8 minutes fast walk away. Washing machine, oven - able to wash clothes and cook if you wanted to. Prefer over San Benedetto del Tronto.

Review 9：The apartment was as clean, well equipped and comfortable as the previous year we stayed (2013). The staff are lovely and helpful and Grottammare is a nice place to stay with plenty of restaurants and other amenities. We enjoyed relaxing in the solarium on the roof top and the pool at ground level.

Review 11：Used the hotel bicycles to go everywhere in Grottammare. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was modern, well equipped, spacious and clean. The location was fabulous and the pool inviting.

Review 23：The accommodation was spacious, modern and clean. We had a lovely apartment overlooking the seafront with a good sized balcony. As a young family it was a bonus having our own washing machine in the apartment. Mariella and Angelica were incredibly hospitable to my family and I, the best hosts we have encountered on our travels. The cot that was provided was immaculate and they were even kind enough to also lend us a baby bath. We really liked the fact we were so near to the seafront, lots of restaurants and other amenities.

Review 25：Beautiful app. Very tastful designed interior. Kitchen with full equipment. Very kind and friendly staff. Central situated at the Boulevard and the sea. You can buy drinks in a small bar next to reception, which is an extra service.
