Review 2：Located in Cittadella that is a charming, clean walled city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was free.

Review 20：The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel inside the walls of the city, and very close to everything. Breakfast was great. The room was historic and well appointed.

Review 21：Large rooms in a nice XVIII Century building. Tasteful and cozy. The staff were beyond helpful: we felt *pampered*. Promptly noticing what we needed, they volunteered exceptions to checkout times, breakfast times etc. Possibly my best hotel stay, ever.

It is a home away from home and the owner is a delightful, caring friendly person. Her staff are also excellent. I coudn't fault this Hotel and will certainly recommend it to my friends and family and look forward to a return visit.

Review 26：The hotel was perfectly located for our stay and the staff were themost friendly I encountered on my holiday around Italy. Rooms are veryspacious, bathrooms are renovated and wifi didn't dropout once (whichis rare for most hotels). We left before breakfast but were surprisedto see the owner up to assist us by offering a packaged breakfast.Great service!
