Review 1：The entire hotel is in need of a complete refurbishing. The carpets in the halls are badly stained, separating at the seam and rippled. The sofa in our suite was stained with holes in the cover. The table was de-laminated and the chair scarred, The only furniture on the balcony was a broken plastic table. The air conditioning in our room did not work. After 4 attempts by the front desk to reset, at 10:30PM, they told us we could move our belongings to the other side of the hotel. The room was equally in need of refurbishing. The spa, staffed by only one technician, starting at 4:30 could not accommodate all of the requests

Review 2：The hotel is very new, modern and the suite was spacious. I am sure that at one time it was amazing even though it was in the middle of nowhere.

Review 5：2 single beds pushed together really annoying. Breakfast is a joke, food really poor, pastries seem to be prepacked and rubbish. Cappuccino is laughable, worst in Italy, the machine that makes them is useless. When we complained we were offered a freshly made cappuccino.

Review 7：The pool bar was disappointing, it advertised snacky food but didn't offer any, encouraging you to have meals from the restaurant instead. the young pool bar staff were hopefully seasonal because they had no idea about customer service, they seemed annoyed if you ordered a drink or ice-cream as they would have to come off their phones! Not much to do in the surrounding area, struggled to find a restaurant for evening meal

Review 8：never stayed in a hotel with such an amazing pool, the sun loungers were really comfortable. rooms were bright and airy with good sized balconies with eco friendly air conditioning Grounds, fountains and gardens well cared for. Breakfast offered a vast choice including toasties and bacon/eggs but also fresh fruit and typical Italian pastries. Poolside games and gym activities

Review 9：It is the only 4 star hotel that I have stayed in where the bar did not open until 9.00pm. Wanted a G&T, no ice, no lemon..! Flies everywhere. Service in the dining room very slow. Beer served in wine glasses! Only hot food offered at breakfast weas scrambled eggs. Remember this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.! We stayed a week, we should have left after the first night, expected better, lots of very loud young children. Most days there were weddings on and that seems to be where the customer service was geared. Won't recommend this or stay here again.!

Review 10：The pool but certain seating areas were reserved for "other" customers.

Review 11：Staff is rude, nobody willing to help for the luggage, they simply indicate the trolley...then help yourself!! No wifi available in the room. I asked if towels were available at the pool side, they said yes, sure. So I left my towels in the rooms to find out that they ask for 3 € + 25 € caution per towel, zero attention to the customers, not even when asked... Breakfast very poor.

Review 12：Location is good, a bit far from the seaside and the August mess, with availble parking. The structure would have potential, but needs a better management.

Review 13：The breakfast is horrible. No bread even on a saturday. Just plastic whereever you look. No glasses, no blanket on table. Just sweet cakes and the coffee was ridicoulus, specially in Italy. Never aigain booking this hotel. Should have maximum 2 Stars

Review 15：Very poor wifi service: worked only sporadically and very difficult to use! Given the isolated location and standing of the hotel it should be open to all guests with one registration, and strong enough to be always available! The Wellness Center was useless to us because it is open only four hours per day during the week! The pool closed at 7 pm!!! The water temperature in the pool was too hot , and in the shower in our room it fluctuated wildly and unpredictably! Corridors were very dusty and poorly lit.

Review 16：Great location, rural and quiet, but very convenient to beaches and towns of Gargano. Large pool. Friendly staff but poorly managed.

Review 17：Swimming pool: constant extremely loud and obtrusive music. Breakfast was average. No bar in the hotel, and the pool bar sold some bizarre beers. Pool staff miserable. Wifi is free, but for some reason very complicated to use and you have to re-input username and password every day. Restaurant in the evening reminded me of the old communist-era hotel restaurants in eastern Europe. Beware that the water in your "minibar" isn't free.

Review 18：Swimming pool and easy parking. Room was clean.

Review 19：Opening hours from swimming pool Wellness-you have to pay everything extra, also for a bath cap!! Fitness - it's not allowed to enter it before you are 18 years old, the same as the wellness area rules- unacceptable, if you are with a 14 years old son there, which is a proffesionell sportsman!!! The hotel is also full of dirt, absolutely not clean! The stuff in the restaurant is unfriendly and lazy. Would never go there again.

Review 21：The pool had limited opening hours (including a siesta!) - this is unacceptable in a spa hotel. They hold weddings and other events at the weekend, which is not a problem in general, but they need to control where the people go, so that the hotel guests can still enjoy the property. Both days of the weekend, feral children from the weddings took over the property.

Review 22：Beautiful property, with lovely grounds and lots of space to walk around and sit outside. Filled with beautiful art in the restaurant and lobby. Good, professional staff. Good, comfortable room with excellent WiFi. Outstanding value for money.

Review 23：Difficult to find using Satnav! Must use GPS coordinates rather than address to find easily. Wifi hopeless unless sitting in reception area - didn't work in room at all. Also a lot of noise from functions taking place on ground floor. Quite disturbed sleep during one night of stay.

The staff were very accommodating, offering to move our traveling companions when their room smelt of cigarette smoke and were also prepared to print documents for us free of charge.

Review 28：Excellent Wi-Fi that is fast and very strong all over the hotel except in Restaurant (that is a good thing). We had an issue with our car at Bari and the staff went out of their way to assist including when Francesco took us to the car glass repair company in his own time. Great location with good views of the countryside but close enough for a short 3 minute drive to Manfredonia centre and shopping mall.

Review 31：Room was like a hostel, you cannot control the airconditioning in the room, do had to sleep in 26degrees also there was an 18th birthday party in grounds so very noisy till 1am and not able to open doors to balcony to get any cooler air. Moved to another room at midnight which was quieter but just as hot !! Pool area was busy with children and loud music, altogether an experience we would rather forget! Not enough staff, and horrible breakfast. Our opinion? Avoid this hotel, not 4 star, hardly 3.

Review 34：We spent here two days with our little boy. It is a cheap hotel with very simple rooms but with a very helpfull staff. The breakfast was good, and we liked the pool.

Review 35：There seems to be no real interest in providing dinner to guests, a very limited menu. Also the bar was unmanned on several evenings, we had to ask at reception to get a drink. On the night we arrived we checked in late (almost midnight), after a long drive from Bari. Our request for a drink was refused by reception, we were told there was water in the minibar(which we had to pay for)
