Review 8：The hotel was virtually empty. As a consequence it lacked any atmosphere. Pool was closed which was a little annoying although it is next a building site. Hotel is a long way from the old Cosenza.

Review 10：The swimming pool - the hotel must grant permission to use the pool so after getting no answer from my email, I contacted booking.com to make sure we could use the pool... Eventually we were told we could use the pool but when we got there the water was GREEN and full of bugs. Needless to say we didn't swim at the Hotel Europa!
Review 11：Large, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was brilliant especially for an Italian budget friendly hotel. Will definitely stay there again en route to Sicily next year. Highly recommended!
