Review 1：Our room had air conditioning difficulties, but the staff made efforts to fix it. It just never worked right.

Review 2：Great location if you're looking for relaxation on the beach. Hotel was very nice. The staff were wonderful.. The room was clean and spacious. Ours had a balcony. Good breakfast.

Review 3：Nothing to complain about other than the walls were a bit thin and we could hear people talking next door. But it didn't bother us and we still enjoyed our stay.

Review 4：We had an extremely spacious apartment with a huge balconey facing the sea. Breakfast was good although there were no fresh tomatoes etc.. Underground parking worked well. The kitchen was very well equipped with every utensil, frying pans and crockery that one would need.

Review 5：trains on the nearby tracks are quite noisy if the apartment does not face the waterfront (1-6 trains pass by each hour) housekeeping kept the apartment clean, but ignored some details like the mirrors The first three lanes at the beach have a surcharge of €10 / day for hotel guests during high season, the beach is definitely overcrowded

Review 10：The room we got was half as big as the room that our friends got. It was supposed to be a suite but it was very small. For a family with a child of two months old this was too small to be comfortable. The restaurants in Grottammare keeps a very high standard overall. However, the hotels restaurant was not keeping the same standard.
