Review 1：The hotel was understaffed. The breakfast was minimal. The potential is there for it to have been a much better experience.

Review 5：The hotel must have been great some years ago, it could be so much better if they only could renew it a bit. Also the TV wasn't working properly and they hadn't switched on the air conditioning when we arrived, so it took 2 whole days to get finally a bit fresh in the room. I would recommend to ask for it in advance since it could get quite hot in Salina.
Review 6：Beautiful common area, the bar/restaurant has an amazing view and the hotel is very close to the beach. The personal is extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast is also very good and the rooms are beautiful.
Review 7：If you are looking for a beach nearby, this hotel is your best option. But if you're planning to travel around the island, then Malfa and this hotel is a bit far from everything. You need to walk a lot. Know this that the hotel hasn't got anything to do with its pictures. the beautiful looking terrace is a ghost terrace. It's a bit run down and the room we stayed was incredibly hot! It is a terrible idea to put the beds and the bathroom on the top floor.

Review 11：The breakfast selection is poor but that might be typical of local hotels in the area. No relaxation facilities, like pool or spa, which is a shame.
Review 12：The hotel has the best location in Malfa, right above Punta Scario beach, with the most amazing sunsets. The lounge area is to die for, so relaxing and quiet. The staff are extremely helpful, going the extra mile to make my stay a pleasant one. If you want total relaxation, this is the place to be.

Review 16：The breakfast is one of the worst I have had at any hotel - pastries are not fresh, selection is poor, and the coffee is horrid tasting - shocking by Italian standards, and the breakfast staff have no idea what they are doing. Beware that the hotel restaurant is not longer under ownership of the hotel. That means the Panoramic Terrace, Bar, and Restaurant are now in the hands of different owners, and they are doing a very poor job at it.

Review 20：Fabulous room on two levels with a view over the ocean; great minimalist decor. The lounge was a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the ocean... although drinks buffet a bit pricey (good food though). The beach below was gorgeous.... you can hire lilos to lounge on as a bit difficult otherwise (pebble beach).
