Review 1：Located in a residential neighborhood near shore. 15 minute walk to DUE DOTTORI RESTAURANT. We lked it so much we dined there both nights. Friendly staff & nice continental breakfast.

Review 2：The internet signal in my room was weak

Review 3：Close to the city centre, but in a quiet area. Near the beach, but at the same time you could smell the pine trees. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast included some homemade cakes, which is always nice

Review 4：After 2 years after refurbishing they should finally choose the lighting fixture or at least close the hole on the ceiling.The service wasn’t, up to the average 8.0 grade Hotel we booked: At the arrival we didn’t receive any information about the surroundings and what to do and see in Manfredonia or Siponto; the roomservice didn’t have a hoover and during the all week the floor was never wept, and the towels we received were often stained. At breakfast the only two waiters were (maybe?) overwhelmed having to work on two separated rooms one indoor and one outdoor, they were often late with the bar orders, the location was never cleaned, and only rarely and on request provided of new fresh products. Tables were one after the other used by the guests and never cleaned out, recurrent was the view of new guests coming who didn’t find were to sit (and it was a very poor view arriving at breakfast and having to see the mess left by the people before us). The breakfast didn’t deserve the 8.0 grade at all: the 2 Crostata types (typical Italian breakfast cakes) and the croissants were very good. But they were really the only option! There was one only type of cereals but no milk, the fruit wasn’t fresh, just directly thrown in a bowl out of the can, two only type of juices and, the cherry on top, once on one of the two pitcher were two very nice mould stains. We asked about the possiblity of having one dinner at the hotel: they answered us that what they have is just a "touristic service", they serve meals for the half/full board guests but they do not offer much choice; they suggested us to go somewhere else to eat (unfortunately the good restaurant previously hosted in the building had just changed location)

Review 5：The room is exactly as in the pictures, recently refurbished, the bed probably one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on and it would deserve more than 3 Stars. The room service did a brilliant job with our bathroom which was shining clean every day. The location: very easy to reach without a car (train station just round the corner) and in a 5 min walking distance from the huge well equipped Siponto beach.

Review 14：I stay in hotel Gabbiano as i work often in the area since 1999, in the recent years after renovation, this hotel is my favorite in Manfredonia. Great staff, and best value for money!

Review 15：Great food in the hotel's restaurant and service-minded staff. We had a superior room which was very nice, it even had a balcony. Clean,and good location if you want to go to the beach.

Review 16：The airco didn't work at night, so be prepared to sleep in a very hot room. This wasn't just a one night thing, as another guest who stayed there longer experienced the same thing. Most beaches are private, and require you to pay. The non-private parts of the beach are not that clean.

Review 17：The shower of the hotel room was really great and the hotel's restaurant serves the best pizza of Manfredonia (or maybe even Italy). The restaurant's staff speaks a little English, any miscommunication because of that is solved with a big smile and a laugh. They have a locked down private parking space.

Review 22：Close to the Beach , this was unfortunately already closed, when we visited (mid September), nice balcony nice hotel in urban area. distance to city centre a bit far (needed car), good breakfast, but only sweets.

Review 23：First - NEVER eat in this hotel breakfast! but if you are eating look carefully what are you eating - it might be you are eating rotten cake..literally! And waitres was not surprised when we showed this miracle and even didn't appologize or so - just took away this cake and thats it. Rest of the cakes we even didn't try, brrrr! Second - at reception lady tried to charge us double. We pre-paid our stay beforehand and when we were checking out she demanded us to pay another time. Luckily after some search she finally found already paid reciept.. but insisting of payment from the receptionist was really annoying! Third thing - don't be surprised if you come after your horrible breakfast at 9:00 and you find in your room some mystical worker who wants to fix your bathroom ceiling.. Finally - if you have other options please stay in other places to avoid horrible mornings!
