Review 1：The room size is very small. But this is a very usual standard in Japan for the room price of around 70/100 euro per night (usually book at this price on offer and with French bed)
Review 2：Great location, about 10 minutes walk from the central station. Good architecture and ease in finding a short distance all that you need.
Review 3：The hotel is showing its years, the facilities are old, kind of 1980s cheesy, the bathroom maybe was beige/white some years ago, now is a dark yellow.

Review 6：The hotel is located only a couple of blocks away from Okayama station. Walk-able distance to Okayama castle and Korakuen is also a plus. Cleanness of the hotel will satisfy you.

Review 9：If you are on the go and need to do laundry this is NOT the place to stay! We reserved 4 nights and checked out the 1st day. 1hr per wash; 2.5 hours for dry each load at ¥420 per 2hours! From check in through dinner, never finished. Many people changed from this hotel to another close by with laundry facilities!

Review 21：Easy to find better hotels for similar price. Breakfast is barely ok if you like croissants and buns. Otherwise, you're out of luck. Bed is too hard for my foreigner's back. Temperature control is not very efficient and it gets too hot during the night. Opening the window helped, but I cannot imagine how it must be when temperatures reach 35 and above. There were mold stains on the shower curtain. The toilet bowl is way too small for an adult man, to the point that you have to be careful to avoid contact with the inside of the bowl ring.
