Review 1：Basic but very clean and friendly. Close to shopping and kids playground, and if you want security it's next to the Police station. Excellent value for money.
Review 2：i went to the hotel up the road on my last night and realised on coming homier i had been treated aggressively/angrily. It had not been evident to me at the time as i enjoyed matching the food and the wine.

Review 9：Clean , neat and tidy. All appliances worked. linen and towels were spotless .The Proprietors are the Jewel in the crown. Friendly, a fountain of knowledge and only too willing to have a chat. Both their time and experience of the area are freely given. Review 12：If the motel was full, it would've been very difficult to drive out due to the lack of room between the two lines of car parking.

Review 14：parking was a tight squeeze.the white towels weren't white and had stains on them and there was nasal mucous on the shower curtain. The shower base was angled too steeply towards the plug hole.

Review 16：The air conditioner in the next room worked all night and there was no sleep due to the excessive loud noise of the airconditioner we left early in the morning because we were not getting any sleep and our travel arrangements further on had to be changed because of this

Review 19：For the cost it is very good.In the main street and therefore you can walk that area easily. A good base for trips in the country surrounding Bairnsdale.
Review 20：Very low shower pressure. Noisy birds that seem to have taken residence at the Motel grounds. Not the property's fault but a very noisy 5am collection of a skip bin right next to the Motel.
