Review 1：If You wanna stay - just sms or call to hotel`s telephone number, because you can miss the receptionists presence moment

Review 2：All. New clear cheap hotel, I were alone visitor...and I was really cool; nice rooms, nice kitchen, (I saw the sauna) and great thank to hotel chief Oleg.

Review 3：Breakfast facilities looked very basic however I didn't use them at all so not in a strong position to comment properly.

Review 4：Good security, very comfortable and good size for 1-2 people. Friendly staff which is surprising in Daugavpils. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Latvia, very interesting city. There's also a supermarket about 200m down the road which has everything you could need and is open 8am-10pm most weekdays.

Review 5：Almost no curtains to shut the sun out. Two spiders in the room. We also couldn't leave the window open during the night, because there were lots of spiders in front of the window. Really annoying, because it was very hot! We also didn't like Daugavpils in general. You get a really unsafe feeling walking there. Not a pleasant atmospere at all!

Review 6：Clean room, clean bathroom. Owner was very nice, WiFi works perfectly. There is no plenty of neighbor rooms, so we had a really nice and calm stay for a really good price.

Review 15：The location of hotel is close to the city, just a few minutes walk. The hotel provided a cheap and clean place to stay, also provided soap and shower gel with towels along with wifi. Kitchen facilities seemed good, although I didn't use them as only needed a bed for the night. I would recommend this hotel / hostel to anyone and intend to stay there again whilst travelling back to UK. (I live in Latvia, but can't fly, so need bus from Daugavpils when I am returning to UK). In summary, excellent value, location and facilities.

Review 17：We came at the late evening, and there was nobody on reception. After we called on a contact phone, the owner of a hotel had come in 5 minutes. He was very nice, had taken us on his car and showed the city and a place where we could eat. The hotel is more like cottage, comfy and clean, in a calm distrist. For a very good price we had a room with a separate kitchen. Erfolg is in 15-minutes walk distance to the city centre. I'd definately visit the hotel again.

Review 18：- Very dark (not enough light and half of the switches not working) - Very noisy from the street - Uncomfortable bed - Floor in the bedroom was not clean - one of the radiators cold and not adjustable - There is no fridge in the apartment - There is no oven, except a microwave one - Shower cabin needs cosmetic renewal (very unprofessionally built and "temporary" look) - very cold in the toilet and very noisy ventilation - cold also in the shower if sauna not working (in winter time warm socks are necessary) - Old TVs and remote control not working in the bedroom - Sound system incomplete and without wires, not connected and not working

Review 20：There were rats in the apartment. Wc was broken. Everything wasabsolutely dirty and could hardly be called hotel or even hostel. Do notrecommend to stay there.

Review 23：The hotel has no reception. Although this was clearly stated and known in advance, the problem was that when I arrived at the hotel, no one answered my phone calls and I was not able to check-in (even though we talked by phone half an hour ago). So be prepared to wait.

Review 24：The hostess of the place was extremely nice and friendly. She helped to overcome the annoyance regarding the problems with checking-in. The room itself was simple, but had everything that was needed. The common room has a fridge and microwave, which allow self-catering. Moreover, the hotel is walkable distance from the city center. Lastly, there is a free parking space with ample places just in front of the hotel.
