Review 1：The address of house on the booking.com page is misleading: Gudon is not the name of the street in Chiusa but the name of a small village at Chiusa. The house actually does not have traditional address, one has to follow either the GPS coordinates or the description sent by the owner. However, it is written in poor english, a better description is: "Exit A22 CHIUSA - KLAUSEN. At the roundabout take the direction to Gudon - Gufidaun. After some curves uphill, you reach already the village Gudon. At the first intersection turn right (uphill) and after 20 meters again to the right, where a small blue table identifies a narrow privat road. Go straight on the private road, and after 100 m, you will reach Schönblick House that is the last one on the road." It is also misleading that "Reservation possible without a credit card" also that "FREE cancellation on most rooms", as can be read on the opening page of Schönblick. You really don't need credit card but one has to pay 20% deposit by bank transfer to the owner of Schönblick to confirm the booking, and it will not be payed back in case of cancellation. This information is withhold before booking and it turns out only during the confirmation process.
Review 2：Great, quiet place, very comfortable for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms,two bathrooms. Well equipped, we found everything what we needed.
Review 3：It’s a little bit hard to find the property, especially in the evening. GPS brought us to the road above. It’s impossible to use more then 2 rings of the electric stove at the same time. We got electricity powerdown just after turned on 3 rings.
Review 4：The apartment is big and contains all we need for comfort stay. Kitchen and dining room, big living room with flat TV and bathroom with shower are on 1st floor, all 3 bedrooms and additional bathroom with bath are on 2nd floor. Ver comfortable beds. We liked a lot the nice dining room with wooden furniture, where we had our family dinners after long days in Dolomites. The views from balconies to Chiusa and Dolomites are amazing and Gudon itself is very quiet and picturesque small town,only 3 km to highway. Good value for money even you need to add 35 Euro cleaning fee regardless to your time of stay (2 days or week)
