Review 1：Breakfast room was overcrowded with a bigger group and therefore noisy; staff started to clean up buffet 30 minutes before end of breakfast time

Review 4：The hotel was in a good location, short walk from the station. The staff was nice they found us a cheaper room which was semi-double instead of the twins that we booked previously.
Review 5：very, very poor breakfast, western style stuff almost nonexistent, english newspapers total= 1 (but available only in the lobby, 12 floors below breakfast ...), but especially melancholic elevator music all the time ...

Review 7：Lacking sweet food at breakfast, no espresso coffee. Very annoying electrostatic discharges, especially on the guest floors, probably the moquette is the problem. The water closet start washing itself everytime you sit on it and the water level increase; it is not possible to disable this function, it is irritating.
Review 8：The hotel is clean, close to the JR station. The staff was very kind to cancel my reservation for 2 nights without charge.
