Review 1：The hotel staff was making out on the sofa with a female upon arrival. No lift....many stairs. Not enough outlets in the room. We got breakfast one morning. Breakfast was to have been included. The hotel staff was asleep on the sofa 2 mornings. No breakfast or coffee.

Review 10：Freshly decorated apartment in an old building. Location booked was different to the apartment we were given, but enough space of our family of 2 adults and I child. Staff met us and directed us and were very helpful with limited English. Breakfast arrived - having no choice but to accept what was given (cakes and a little breakfast cereal and juices) - no milk.
Review 11：- They serve the breakfast in the room if you booked the last floor (with a big terrace in front of the sea and the harbour). - you willing a valet to park your car in a private parking outskirts of town. - staff is very welcoming!

Review 18：It is very noisy of a weekend and nothing blocks out this noise that continues well into the early hours of the next day. Although this is quite typical in Italy, we have never come across this level of noise before. Having said that it, it can't be helped and it didn't impact the trip too much.
Review 19：Great hotel. Good location for the port and boat trips. Close to a train station to go into Naples and beyond. Wifi excellent, very fast. Breakfast lovely, lots of restaurants nearby. Staff in the hotel are wonderful. Very welcoming and approachable, any problem or query we had was dealt with. Overall just a really lovely hotel.

Review 43：We travelled as a mature couple and where impressed with the staff who helped us with our luggage up to the top floor when we arrived and down when we departed. The breakfast were enjoyable and sufficient, the location was also very good for us, close to train. The room was a good size and amenities were clean.

Review 46：Friendliness, helpfulness, cleanliness, breakfast. Great location for local links to Naples, Ischia etc. We left the car for three days it was returned ready for our departure, excellent service allowing us to use public transport.
Review 47：The shower head leaked a bit and had low pressure. Although the view was great you had to pay for it with 86 steps one-way, it was good exercise though! The Wi-Fi worked well but it wasn't available in our room so we had to go down, and then back up all those stairs if we wanted to use it.

Therefore I couldnot enjoy "vista con mare" enough. Next time I wish to staywithout "vista con mare" with relatively reasonable rate.
