Review 1：But house keeping did not do a proper job. Room was stuffy and not very clean. Sofa has a lingering sweat odor, balcony, dining table, BBQ Pit, fridge were greasy and dirty. Bathroom was well maintained. Dustbins overloaded. Property generally could need a refurbishment and upgrading.

Review 3：We had an end room close to the road and found dirt under table and chairs, servicing seemed only to be fresh towels and bed made as the bathroom appeared untouched, it is picky as the room was far from dirty.

Review 5：I think we may have the least desirable room in the premises. It was the bottom floor room right next to the laundry and in the walkway to the swimming pool. There were no times of use of the laundry and people started to use it as early as 6.45am. There should be a clear policy about use of laundry if there are rooms located adjacent to it. Additionally, there were children living in the room upstairs and they were up and running around at 6am. I'm not sure why hotels don't realise that they should put kids on lower levels and singles/couples in quieter rooms. Not that hard to figure out! We were only staying for 1 night so we made do. I am always skeptical that if you get a good rate using travel websites like Booking.com that the rooms allocated will be the cheaper less desirable rooms. If this is the case, it should be made clear that you are paying less to get lesser value.

Review 18：We would have preferred an oven over a not so clean BBQ and we really struggled with the cooking plates as there was no indication which one was on and if it was on high or low. The hair dryer in one of the bathroom literally exploded in my brother in law's hand and left a burn mark. This was fixed the same night and power was restored but I think it would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation or apology for the shock he got.
Review 19：The apartment was big with very clean and modern bathrooms. Well equipped and very comfortable.

The service staff seemed disorganized (not checking drinks, no assigned tables, drinks very slow to come out) Newer staff had little guidance from senior members. For a restaurant that serves fine food I expected the staff to be in uniform. The uniforms worn on the night were very sloppy.

Review 25：Everything, I highly recommend it. The pool was solar heated, so lovely and warm. Our apartment had a bbq which meant we were self sufficient. We had one dinner at the Edge restaurant, the seafood platter... 10/10. Can't fault it.
Review 26：The accommodation was crowded in on the site. Windows looked out at walls across narrow footpaths. Air-conditioner motor from the adjacent unit was right outside our windows - noisy when trying to sleep. Had to keep windows closed.

Review 39：Very minor points. We couldn't find the plug for the basin in the bathroom, the kitchen knife provided was light and not good for cutting vegetables but these are vastly outweighed by the good points above.

Review 46：We stayed 2 nights in Edge resort. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, bed is really comfy and best the aircon warmer in the living and bedroom works perfectly good for cold nights. It is spacious and we had great time staying.
Review 47：Poor WiFi connection. If they are going to advertise free WiFi as a value add, I think they need to maintain a good quality of service. WIFI was useless to me as it would drop out too frequently, I just ended up using my 3g connection.

We complained to bar staff, reception closed, and on site manager told us it could not be fixed and without apology or offer of help, said we could have another unit some distance away. Too difficult to move. When we complained next morning, the full fee for our night was refunded which was more than generous.

Review 54：Not near the beach / river / sea. No views. The kitchenette was very basic - really only the addition of a sink to what you would find in any motel room. No hot-plates, for example. The name "studio" similarly is an exaggeration because it's just a motel room with a sink.

Review 67：We were pretty annoyed to find out when we went to dinner on Wednesday that the advertised buffet which we booked only two days previously was cancelled.We were not told of this beforehand and after perusing the menu did not find anything that took our fancy. The electric cooktop was not working and the bbq had very little gas.

Review 98：The service The daily room 'clean' was a waste of time and generally more of a inconvenience. Bin was rarely removed, no surfaces were wiped down, used soaps etc sat there for a week. We can do all those things easy enough, definitely to a higher standard, so I was left wondering why I bothered paying a very high premium for a 'service' apartment. Take my advice, save the $100/night and get a self-contained apartment somewhere else in kalbarri. Parking is also a joke! Could never get a spot near our apartment, especially annoying when we were checking in with heaps of stuff to unload - there should be 1 assigned bay per apartment - if you have 2 cars park the 2nd one in the main car park. First time we have been disappointed with Best Western - usually pretty reliable

Review 100：Having booked two rooms together for us and kids we were put in rooms at opposite ends of the hotel on different floors. At first manageress accused us of not making single booking for family and then accepted she was wrong, then claimed we were stupid for not drawing it to their attention that one room was booked for kids, which again she stood corrected and at end of day suggested it was our fault. At $350/night per room you'd expect better.....a lot better.

Review 108：As a couple celebrating 29 years of marriage we expected to be able to talk at normal voice levels and listen to some music at normal levels in the afternoon. We did not expect to be called by reception at 5pm having only arrived 30 minutes prior and told to turn the music down as a complaint had been made by the people next door. Ridiculous!!! Definitely not loud, and certainly an invasion of our privacy at an early evening hour. Disappointed at staff actions. Spoilt our anniversary. Thanks Edge, Not,!!!

Also no lift to take heavy items up to the room floors.
