Review 1：The organisation is a disaster. First we waited outside of our appartement without a key for over 1h and in addition to this the guys from the management didn't even speak english! Also the appartements are quite empty (no decoration whatsoever).

Review 2：There's a nice swimming pool right outside of the appartement. Also the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

Review 5：Sparse kitchen utensils although owner supplied requested additional items. Lost power twice due to running oven, washing machine and water heater together (looks like poor electrical design). Need to reset meter 7 at meter station alongside road (you need special key or thin nosed pliers to gain access). Owner was quick to respond to first power loss; did second loss myself. 50 euros cleaning fee excessive in my book. Had leak from sink in one of the bathrooms so had to use the sink in the other bathroom.

Review 6：Good sized clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with shower). Large terrace overlooking pool (did not use as October). Quiet location but a bit out of town. Decent mobile phone and wireless reception. Underground parking but did not use as tricky to park due to pillars.

Review 7：Very modern apartment with all the equipment one needs. 2 Balconies (a bigger and a smaller one) with a stunning view), the only disadvantage was that the bigger balcony was not really sunny.

Review 8：It wasn't spotlessly clean and there were a lot of ants. We would get a powercut every time we put the oven on and have to go out to main road to flick it back on. We could only use it if we switched all other electrical things off... Cooking in the dark was a bit frustrating. No kitchen equipment like kettle / microwave / baking trays Apartment was very very hot with no air con or fans in the apartment. Our toddler struggled to sleep so the staff kindly lent us a fan but it still wasn't great and don't know what we'd have done if we couldn't have borrowed one. Not the fault of the apartment but our neighbours were constantly smoking so our apartment would fill will cigarette smoke if we left the doors open and it wasn't pleasant for us as non-smokers to sit in the garden area when they were about. No high chair available to borrow. Swimming pool not heated.

Review 9：Lovely large apartment with a good sized garden and shared swimming pool, free wifi and free parking. V comfy beds. Good location for town / shops / beach. Handy to have a washing machine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Travel cot had a good proper mattress for our toddler to lie on.

Review 10：There were 2 nights of our stay when it was terribly hot, but we didn't have air conditioning despite it was written in the description. Certain regulations should be defined to ensure comfortable stay of every guest: During our stay, a big group staying in the flat downstairs almost partied and made noises in the terrace every night until 3 to 4 am in the morning. It was a huge discomfort for us.

Review 11：Beautiful residence, the flat is very new and fitted out with modern furniture. Super location to different beaches and to the supermarkets. The landlords came to pick us up at the port on our arrival.

Review 12：We liked the place, brand new, nice pool, two bathrooms. Decent value. Palau good place to rent a boat and see La Maddalena islands.
