Review 1：Family apartment was not two bedrooms as advertised- had an open partition wall between the beds. Motel between the train line and the highway. Top shelf of cupboard covered in cockroach poo. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Review 2：Central to big attractions that we wanted to see. Kids liked the pool. Nice new bathroom with spa. Lots of birds and waterdragons.

Review 3：Excellent staff. Our every need was catered for in a caring and efficient manner. Room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and enabled a very good night's sleep.

Review 4：Rooms were tired and dated though generally clean. Fascia boards were peeling and needed painting. Needs some capital investment.

Review 6：It is a place we always enjoy staying at. We have always found the staff in both office and cleaning very friendly, and we never have had to complain about anything. Always our only considered place to book in at, when we come to the Central Coast.

Review 19：We were on the coast for a neurosurgeon appt I had for a neck injury, the bed was way too hard - would have been better off sleeping on the floor. The shower head should have had a better holder when you had a shower it flowed off the corner of the spa & all over the floor.

Review 23：Loud neighbours, when booking in as business purpose for trip please place in wing of motel with like minded guests. Was surrounded by Russian ballet dancers for the last 4 nights of my 10 night stay, when I called to complain the second night my call was answered and handled straight away, on the Friday no one was there to take my call and I didn't get to sleep until 2 when I had to be up at 7 to catch a train to go home. Was not impressed. No microwave in room, made it rather difficult to have a warm dinner if I didn't order room service.

Review 31：The shower in room 116 needs to be looked at, couldn't get a decent stream of water at a consistent temperature. Having power sockets closer to the beds would have been more convenient, but a lot less necessary.

Review 32：parking availability was great. The extended check-in time was a big help with work commitments and travel times.

Review 33：Wifi signal was too weak to connect to from my room. It may have been better in closer rooms to reception. Train line runs at the back of the motel so a little bit of noise is evident, however didn't bother me too much.

Review 34：Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are surrounded by nice leafy gardens. The motel is on the highway but the rooms are set well back on the property so road noise was not evident. Good location very close to shops - Coles, Aldi etc , Mcdonalds, Hungry Jacks, KFC. Plenty of parking. I would recommend it and would stay again.

Review 37：Used my coat as an extra blanket. Heating didn't work. Waiting for 10mins at reception while the receptionist argued with police on the phone about a door knocker intruder?

Review 39：The room. The old furniture. Lack of facilities. Old water jug, that was tested and tagged back in 2009. I could put in a serious claim for health damage. No notice that room service was available nor was it offered. The balcony was despicable. The photos on the website are false advertising. And the BLANKET! 1 blanket that isnt even one. Its a throw over. And prisoners get better warmth. I had to get the other blanket from the other UNNESSCARY bed. No salt or pepper in the place. The shower was so poor, no pressure, too small. Not enough hot water. Affected by other people in the rooms and their use. The noise levels were atrocious. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Never ever.

Not a plague, but disconcerting. Our room also backed onto the railway tracks which didn't make for a quiet night.

Review 69：The kids loved going out side our room playing on the grass area, great that we could also watch them from the room. They loved looking at the fish turtle and lizard great amusement, and something they have remembered even weeks after they left. Xx

Review 70：The pool was hot and dirty so murky you could not see the bottom. Every time you moved through the water you got hair rapped around your hands and fingers! During the early hours of the morning around 1am on both days of our stay someone would knock loudly on our door and run away. You could hear your neibours talking and doing things I won't mention. The shower would go hot and cold depending on how many people in the motel were showering at the same time.

Review 72：Being Australia Day w/end we did NOT expect lunch or diner over the Sunday & Monday but were disappointed at there not being any breakfast.... just a self help continental would have been great and much appreciated. Breakfast was hard to find elsewhere but lunch & diner were no problem

Review 84：We were quite shocked that they did not have us anywhere down as being booked with them???? Reception area smelt like old, stale cigarette smoke. But otherwise once we got over the shock of them not having our booking, and we saw the "No Vacancies" sign on the entrance door when entering; I'm just so glad that they actually did have this one room spare!

Review 85：Thankfully they had a room spare for us that was still what we booked an Executive Room with Spa Bath. We were not at all happy that the booking did not go through. The staff member at reception put the blame on Booking.com; however, we do not know what is the real truth of the matter as yet. And we were up there for a wedding the next morning! The room we had was comfortable.

Review 86：Tariff for the room. Compared to the five motels we stayed at before Gosford and the two motels after Gosford. All were around the same price however the Willows is in need of a complete re-vamp. For $200 to $280 per night we did expect better. Powerhouse at Armidale and Tamworth better value for your $.

The room was in a very clean condition when we arrived and was serviced every day to replace towels etc., and any other requirements Friendly staff both in Reception and the workers.Very comfortable room for two people. We will certainly go there again when we next visit the central Coast.
