Review 1：As other reviews in the last 3 week, the internet in the room needs a lot of improvements, this is a must in any place nowadays for planning. Additionally the bathroom was really, really small and building get's noisy after 7:30 am, a lot of door slamming. I think there is room for improvement as the gentleman and the staff/owners work really hard to keep this place running well. In overall was good.

Review 2：The staff running this facility is very good. I think is a family and they are very kind and they work hard to provide a good service. The location is good, additionally we had dinner one night and it was very good, kind of home made food. We didn't try the breakfast.

Review 10：To Lavagna on the coast & an excellent evening at the family runBristol Hotel. We were checked in by the proprietor- in chef’s whites,straight out of the kitchen……Dinner was a set menu; food just turned up& we accepted it or waited for the next repast to appear. Grandpa& granddaughters ran the dining room; son & Grandma were in thekitchen. (Mum had the evening off & ‘did’ the rooms next day). Cheapwine & pasta with mussels in a Provençal sauce made the evening& the delightful granddaughters offered us ‘seconds’ of each course!Dinner (inc wine) and b & b= Euro 110 for 2 …………….what’s not tolike…….and one of the other guests entertained after dinner, playing thebagpipes in the street!!

Review 11：Noisy and stinky (water drains in bad condition), plus neither air condition nor parking. Shower door not working, and abundant mold. Personnel only speaking Italian. Did not accept cancellation and charging full reservation on the justification of "Italian fiscal authorities".

No vegetables and few fruits (in the middle of fruitseason in Italy when market is giving good proposal on fruits-toobad).Shower was leaking water. After a shower, I always had many wateron the floor (room 103). There was no heating/condition working. Onenight I got cold sleeping closer to closed window. My booking requestwas not reviewed. I wanted room with windows not on street side ( I canhear very well at night) and floor was 1st instead of requested 3ed.Even after my request at reception I got negative reply (later I learnedthat hotel was almost empty during my request on arrival). No fridge inthe room. No parking. To park a car is on your own responsibility andopportunity, I think they could arrange some parking slots for guests infront of the reception. Nobody trading with tax free in city.

Free parking if you lucky for a free slot near Hotel.Location in city, beach is abt 200 m away, small market and shops justbehind the hotel.Polite mainly Italian speaking personnel. Rooms withhigh ceilings. City location is good. Beaches, big city close, goodautostradale exit.
