Review 1：Utensils and furnishing of room is old and unclean. Room design is a bit outdated, like in 1980s.

Review 17：The staff at the reception was not very friendly. Again imposible to do the check in before 3pm, as I had to wait I tryed to eat something at the restaurant but they did not have any vegetarían food. I asked for an adaptor and they did not get one.

Review 20：Very close to a big shopping mall (easy food), a fine walk to the train, and also you can walk to the gardens or the Crow Castle from there. The hotel itself is very well run, part of a popular chain in Japan, everything reliable. Great WiFi, nice room, everything clean, and easy to do my own laundry affordably in the evening. Would happily stay again.
