Review 2：Facilities are quite basic but the owner, Francesco makes it a great place to stay. He is willing to help you with anything and has great recommendations for the best restaurants, wineries and other places of interest. We had a great couple of days in the Chianti region. We also went to visit a winery in Montalcino on his advice which was truly the best experience of our trip to Tuscany.
Review 3：This is a lovely villa. The best place we have stayed in Italy. Francessco is a great host and will make you feel extremely welcome. Only 200m from the village makes it an easy walk.
Review 4：Overpriced for what you get. Compared to other hotels in Tuscany 50.-€/night would be fair and reasonable. Room was not clean. We had a cockroach in the bathroom and fungi in the mini bar. Old plasters were swimming in the pool. TV and Fan were missing. When we asked for that, staff got unfriendly. We were asked, why we need a fan, because temperature at night was only 22 degC.

Review 12：Shower was not clean when we arrived and I had to clean it myself, though otherwise it was clean. had to ask twice for toilet paper and dogs next door barked all night. Also the room was quite cold and was not cleaned one of the days we were there. This could be because we only left the hotel late that day but the cleaner did not knock on our door and ask to come clean as happens at other places
