Review 3：Avoid room 122 on a Saturday evening/night. It is directly above the in-house disco. Rooms at the back of the hotel are probably quiet.

Review 5：Some of the guests didn't behave according to the quality of the hotel; which sadly downgrades the hotel also. (eg.: for a quaility hotel like this, guests shouldn't have dinner in ski clothes, or they shouldn't store ski gear in front of rooms, etc.) Two years ago food and service were a bit better.

Review 13：The hotel is decorated in typical tiroler-style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Spa and fitness areas is very good. The food is excellent, and you get very much value for the money. The location is perfect, with a 3 minutes walk to the skilift.

The staff are all friendly, helpful and ready to provide top class service. The food (I am vegetarian) was varied and of excellent quality at breakfast and dinner. Ski boot room is great. 10% off at Intersport which is right next door was great. Lifts to the glacier are 50m away. Rooms and facilities are all great. Brilliant place to stay.

In this hotel, the touristis more than welcome, even at the end of the touristic winter season.The breakfast is flexible (06h30 till 10h30) and relaxed, moreover verygood quality. On sundays a glass of Sekt! We also enjoyed the daily newsletter on the table. A late check-out without any problem. Surely, weshall return to this hotel. Oh yes, a very high standard of winesavailable at dinner. I enjoyed one of Austria's best wines. Thanks!
