Review 1：Very nice place to spend a quiet vacation time! The rooms are lovely and the host is very friendly + also gives you any directions that you might need for your Pisa stay! We'll definitely stay again! A car is nice to have (private parking). Pisa parking is not bad at all after all the bad reviews with ZTL zones, just avoid going into the Keep walls and you'll be fine!
Review 2：There is nothing (shops, interesting places, etc.) within walking distance, the town close-by is also not very interesting. The terrace has no atmosphere, it's ok, but not a great place to sit. Breakfast is very (too) basic.
Review 3：Geographically great location between Lucca and Pisa, also the surroundings with the sunflowers and the hills in the distance is great. Very good price (airco costs extra). You are able to park the car on the property behind a large gate. Comfortable room, bathroom was separate but only for us.

Review 15：Rather noisy. Hollow doors, and hard surfaces made for lots of echoes. We felt we had to whisper in the evenings and could pretty much here everything going on in the house, from Breakfast kicking off to cleaners making the rounds.

Review 20：5mins drive from the centre of Pisa - magic! The owners were superb, very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They also own a Pizza restaurant in the centre of Pisa, I've got to say it is definitely one of the best pizza's we've ever eaten.
Review 21：Since it's brand new, it still lacks something, as a large mirror inthe room and a shelf in the bathroom. Noise insulation is poor, you caneasily hear neighbours voices. No internet connection.

Bedroom was extremelynice, with an external large and modern bathroom. There is a common areafor breakfast and a kitchen if you need to cook.
