Review 1：The music in the restaurant.
Review 2：The Masseria is simply stunning! But the real magic was delivered by the staff, each and every one of whom were stars in their own right. We have been fortunate to have stayed at many highly-rated hotels, and it is indeed rare to come across such a wonderful collection of lovely staff.

Review 5：There was no wi-fi connection at all in our room, breakfast food choice is limited,especially fruits, egg dishes were at extra charge. Once we returned to the hotel late in the evening, we found the entrance gates closed and nobody opened it after ringing. By chance we had hotel phone number with us, so we had to call the hotel to open the gates.

Review 12：Wonderful surroundings, excellent service. However, at 1000 Euro plus a night, room rate a tad steep. Also, standard of kitchen was only fair
Review 13：We would like to draw attention to the noise in some of the buildings at night. In the bulding in which we were, one could hear almost everything that happened in the adjacent room, at day and at night. After our complaint, the manager promised us not to put anyone into the rooms next to us; unfortunately, it happened again and proved to be very noisy. This problem should be delt with. Another point about comfort is that the beds could be a bit larger, ours was quite hard, but then softened by the staff.
Review 14：The place is absolutely stunning and very well entertained, the staff very helpful and friendly; perfect to relax and forget about the world! The restaurant menu changes every day and has some traditional-based original plates.
