Review 1：I asked for my room to be aired out before I arrived because it would reek of smoke, they did not do that or even respond to my request. I had to do it myself with the air conditioning unit (the window couldn't be opened.) My room was not properly cleaned. The bed felt stiff as a board. The internet would constantly disconnect, it was very frustrating.

Review 2：My privacy. The room temperature was always good, and if it got too warm, the air conditioning fixed the problem. The kettle and fridge for making hot drinks and storing food. The staff were friendly.

Review 3：Double bed too small, just right for young couples, no space to sort the luggage in the room. If you travel with friends, who is tall stature, 01 person have to sleep under the floor.

Review 7：The super single was marketed as a "small double bed", so even though I booked one double room and one single room, both rooms were exactly the same! We did not realise this until we checked in and opened the doors to our rooms and thought there must have been some mistake. The bed in both rooms was a super single and the same room was simultaneously marketed as a single room and as a "small double bed (120cm)" room. I don't think most people (me included) realise what the width of a standard double bed is. We were thus quite annoyed that we were charged 1600 yen for the same room, with the only extras being an extra pair of slippers, an extra cup, towel and set of toiletries. Hardly worth 1600 yen. And the hotel should have made it plain that it was a super single and not a "small double". Further, the size of the room was laughably small. The area (excluding the small toilet) was about the size of two of the beds. The room was clearly meant for business travellers who travelled alone as two people would definitely not be able to navigate around the room without a fair bit of shuffling around and bumping into each other. There was no place to put our luggage as well. Considering that this wasn't Tokyo, we felt very disappointed with the rooms as the price we paid for the two rooms was the same as that of the 3 person room we got in Tokyo which was much better.

Review 9：The staff were unhelpful and overcharged us for parking. The room had old garbage under the bed. The sheets were dirty. Do not stay here if you value your health.

Review 11：The room was advertised as a double but it was what they called a 'semi double' in Japan. Two people cannot comfortably sleep in these beds unless you are Japanese and very small. It's a long walk uphill from the station we ended up getting taxis each time after the first time. We had a smoking room as that was the only choice and our things and ourselves stunk for days, very unpleasant, but I realise that's not their fault
