Review 1：Although clean and comfortable, there was some broken inventory that came to my attention. Wardrobe door was broken and didn't open (that I fixed myself) and the metal cover of shower hose was damaged so that water was closing if the connection is not straight.

Review 2：Economy quality pet friendly hotel in the very center of the town. Be careful with the free parking as the public parking lots used for guest parking are free only on weekends.

Review 3：restaurant and bar were only open for a private function during my stay,dogs barking in guests rooms was annoying. sauna and jacuzzi needed 2 hrs preparation.

Review 7：Disko playing till 2 in the night, it is impossible to sleep. They knew we are coming with a child and still put us in the room, where you could here music like it is playing in your room. It was awful. Double bed is not double - two beds put together. It should be showed when booking. Maybe hotel should check what means double bed. And do not even hope to get double blanket! Non smoking room smelled terribly. Maybe it was smoking room once, but I do not care - if I want non-smoking room, there should not be smell inside!

Review 8：The AC does not work. I had to open the window completely because the air was hot (even in December). To open the window completely you have to sign a declaration that you will not jump out of the window.

Review 9：On the top floors although the view is great, they have loud live music Friday and Saturday nights till 12.30 in the restaurant. So if you're planning on an early night this isn't good, but if you'll be out of your room it's no problem.

Review 10：Daugavpils is no holiday destination but if you have to go then this hotel is definitely your best bet. The rooms are comfortable, the view from the restaurant is great and the cafe in reception is lovely. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

We were staying on 6th floor and even there it was not possible to relax because of party what was going on 10th floor.

Review 28：Always someone on reception. Friendly staff with good english spoken. Loved the restaurant on the 10th floor as it gave excellent views of Daugavpils. We did not eat dinner in restaurant but breakfast had a good selection of hot, cold and fruit. All in all very good.

Review 29：Size of pillow –A4, we asked for double bed, but received 2 mattresses with 15 cm gap between them. Look from the window - just black roof of the shop.

Review 37：Room was really cold, central heating was turned off, or was not working. It was mobile heater but it took a lot of time to heat the room. I went to the restaurant to have dinner - I had to wait more than 30 mins after my firs course. Male waiter was smelling sweat - really inappropriate. 30 mins before breakfast time meant to finish, it was nothing left to eat, everywhere mess (dirty plates on the tables, food counter was dirty, empty food trays with crumbs of food), waitresses they were playing phone and didn't pay attention to anything.

Review 38：There was only one free electrical outlet near the bed and none near the table with chair which means that you can'y even plug your notebook while working. No central heating! Was provided with electrical heater which was noisy, smelled weird and was not able to reach bathroom so it was really cold there. No safe, no minibar.

Review 40：The top floor put music far too loud: we couldn't sleep at midnight because the walls were trembling due to the basses. Had to call the reception twice, they suggested to move us to a lower floor (moving room at the middle of the night, are you joking??), at some point the music stopped but not sure it was due to our call. You have to choose between being a nightclub or an hotel I'm afraid, or improve the sound isolation. Also, during breakfast, the music was far too loud.

Review 47：* If on 10th floor(restaurant floor) is hosted party you wont sleep on 9th, and then when you switch from 9th to 6th even then you can hear party from 10th floor so if you want to sleep take lower floors. * If you plan on eating diner in hotel's 10th floor restaurant with nice view, don't, most likely it will be closed due to private party at least trough Friday and Saturday evenings. * Nonadjustable ventilation system at least in summer - was quite cold, they even had electric heater in room, so they at-least themselves try to fix that somehow.
