Review 1：The basement looks a bit more like a mall than a hotel, the front desk is a little walk from the entrance.
Review 2：Five minutes from the railway station. Clean and quiet, exactly the place you need for a rest.

Review 4：The hotel is very close to the Okayama station and across the street from the new Aeon shopping mall. Hotel room was clean, had in-room wifi and also had washing machines(2) and dryers(2).
Review 5：One staff member refused to ring another Ark hotel for me about a booking. Had to ring from the room costing me about $5 and unsure of the outcome as I don't speak English which is why I asked him to ring in the first place.
Review 6：Had to get help with the laptop I hired as the English option for instructions didn't work. Washing machine took the coins but one didn't register so had to go to reception to get help with that too.

Review 10：Old hotel. Facilities were spotlessly clean but no frills and key lock rooms. We have become used to more modern facilities and it's a bit outdated at the Ark. The Staff were very good.
