Review 1：I stayed three nights at this hotel and at no time did any staff come in to clean the room. I was not at all happy with this.
Review 2：Arrived to find Hotel locked up with no staff on site. Freezing cold night. Had to use the phone to get in touch with someone from Hotel staff. Eventually A lovely young Lady named Samantha came to let me in. I was hungry and this Lady took me to a restraint and asked my to call her again when I was finished. This I found to be really quite extraordinary and going out of her way to help. Lovely person.
Review 3：The only time that somebody works there is from about 6 till 8 p.m. Nobody is at night and during whole day. No internet. Cold room with dirty bathroom. Karaoke till 2 am in the same building. The lady who gave me the key was nice, but it's not the basic thing You need in hotel.
