Review 1：My husband and I were here for two nights. It's very nice house and decorated with taste. All was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a great welcome by all the family. They are kind and helpful. We highly recommend without hesitation!

Review 2：I've rated the location excellent,however this would apply if you had a car, we used taxi's and public transport and got around well, Alberto the owner was great giving us a lift and picking us up at the train station, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was a shame

Review 4：The bathroom has a nice effect on you for first sight (extermal bathroom, looks luxury), but if you spend some time there, you will see, that it is not clean, in some points it is quite dirty, that is very disappointing. Very- very poor wifi in the room, almost nothing ( it worked only in the corner for some moments.) Breakfast is only sweet any quite small amount.

Review 5：Kind staff, he offered us restaurants for dinner. Private parking (though very little space). Little Pizzeria in front of the house. Very nice garden.

Review 6：Breakfast was poor and unfortunately the house is located next to the railway station. If you have problems with noise then definitely you should consider some other accommodation.

Review 9：We arrived late in the evening and Alberto was very helpful and quickly checked us in and then made some good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Big, comfortable room which was clean and nicely decorated.

Review 10：Noise from railway line behind the accommodation was a little noisy, just wear ear plugs. Typical Italian breakfast - sweet and no savoury offerings.

Review 11：Location was great for visiting Pisa. Huge bedroom and living area, immaculately clean and well presented. Bowls of lollies everywhere! Hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Review 13：It was an amazing experience, luxurious villa with very helpful and lovely owners. Well equipped rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast, everything was perfect. The railroad is close, but it's not disturbing. If you lack anything during your stay, you can ask the owners freely, they will do anything to satisfy your wishes. Looking forward to go back there!

Review 14：Great place, a bikes ride away from Pisa. The staff were excellent.I left the fridge on in our car overnight by mistake, and my battery was completely flat. They went and found some jump-cables for e, which didn't work, so called a mechanic friend who drove over to jump start the car! AMAZING SERVICE!

Review 24：The railroad is right behind the house, so during the day it gets quite noisy. However, I think there are no trains after 11PM, so we haven't heard any noise during the night. There are no nets on the windows, so occasionally you could get a bee inside, but not a big deal.

Review 25：We stayed for 3 days at this B&B and we just loved it! Big and clean rooms, with modern and nice bathrooms. There is a beautiful and rich garden outside. If you are traveling by car, Pisa and Lucca are ~5-10 minutes away. It is also easy to reach some good restaurants in the area.

Review 30：The house is 10 metres away from the railroads and during rush hours the trains go every 10 minutes and make quite a noise. I personall didn't mind but families with small children or people with light sleep should take that into consideration. Breakfast was the weakest part - only sweet pastry, yogurts and marmelades. No bread, no ham/cheese/egg/fruits etc.

Review 31：The B&B is really close to Pisa (7 minutes by car) which makes it perfect if you plan to visit the town. The interiers look super luxurious (bathroom was almost biggr than the actual bedroom) but somehow this rustic style doesn't fit in well with the light summer Tuscany atmosphere.

Review 33：Train/railway directly behind the house, but we only noticed the next morning, so it did not disturb our sleep. I suppose because of the good windows. No restaurants/shops within walking distance, so it is better to have a car.

Review 34：Very beautiful house and garden. Rooms well equipped on a high standard, you could even say luxury. For example: Flat screen, new and quite air conditioning, comfortable bed with good pillows etc. The beautiful private bathroom is just across the corridor, so it did not bother us at all that it was not in our room. Friendly owner who offered us an espresso on arrival and took time to provide us with information. Good location to stay out of town but still close to explore Pisa and Lucca. The beach is also not fare away by car. Breakfast includes only sweet things (croissant etc.) and yoghurt, but still good and typically Italian.

Review 36：Wonderful hosts, Alberto and his family greatly helped us during ourstay and had great advices for activities, restaurants and even carfixing :) Rooms are great, ac is a real plus during summer. The wholehouse has a nice `Art Deco` feel and is very cosy. Only 4 rooms so youtruely feel at home. Also very calm and minutes from Pisa.

Also, there is an awesome wolf living on premises. Don't worry, he is afraid of humans, so they keep him completely separate from guest area. You won't even notice him probably.
