Review 1：Difficult to find because the road that the hotel is on has a deviation sign so you don't know if you can take that road
Review 2：The access to Venaria Reale lodge
Review 3：Slow WiFi. Free bikes for customers was in reality only one, so don't expect availability, call in advance. Noise from outside traffic annoying but bearable, will stop itself around 11 pm.
Review 4：Location is outside the city but perfect for visiting royal palace and gardens, literally step away. The girl on the front desk was very nice and helpful, trying to accommodate our needs with smile.
Review 5：* Staff were unbelievably unhelpful - could not provide us with city maps or any kind of information on opening hours or special attractions nearby. * Breakfast was very basic and poor in Italian standards, and served in a noisy room while the cleaning staff works just around the corner. * We were "free bicycles" for guests. Apparently they only have two of these, and on our arrival, one was locked somewhere. So we couldn't use them in the evening like we planned, but asked for them to be made available the next morning. That also didn't happen, and we ended up having to rent two bikes AGAIN. * Shower was missing a curtain and water pressure was below average. * Don't believe the hype and don't pay extra for this hotel because it doesn't deliver.

Review 18：For me, difficult to find by car if you dont have Gps, as there is only one way in and Venaria around the palace is a mess of one way and pedestrianised streets. If you just follow the signs for the palace you wont end up at the hotel, even though its right outside.
