Review 1：Just needs bigger signpost outside, I drove past it the first time!
Review 2：The owner Laurie was a super friendly chap, who made us feel like we were really at home. He really has thought of everything; if you need it, Laurie has it!
Review 3：Parking if you are not experienced at parking forget it. Steep drive with tight parking lucky I was experienced to navigate it Traffic on Brisbane Waters road never stops I had a front room and awoke a lot with traffic noise
Review 4：Clean, Great pool outdoor area, Good Kitchen facilities, Lucky only myself and another person stayed as it sleeps 11 people and they is only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, Lawrie the owner is pleasant strict rules apply
Review 5：Arrived and checked in but didn't stay - no heating, tiny bedroom, shared bathroom, no table so couldn't have done any work. Although I didn't stay the 2 weeks I was not refunded any of the tariff. Very unhappy

Review 10：- Coffee was 4 years out of date on jar - Wifi became impossible to use from 6pm and remained that way till the following morning - Woke up to a sea of ants in the kitchen - No safety rail on the top bunk - Owner was creepy and strange - Could not use shower as the water just dribbled out of the shower head. - Was asked to limit the use of electricity. - In the middle of winter the knobs had been removed from the heating so was unable to use.

Review 12：We felt that the accommodation was hugely overpriced for what it was and that didnt even include breakfast - just some left over condiments in the fridge and cupboards "we were welcome to use". The accomodation was tidy but didnt feel 'clean'.

Review 30：I thought I was booking an apartment with my own facilities NOT just a bedroom (small) with shared bathroom facilities. Carpark is very small and difficult to manouver. Location with relation to curve in the road is very bad

Everything is clean, warm, and rooms very private. The birds and beautiful trees add an ambience to this restful place.
