Review 1：We were not advised that the hotel was having an all encompassing wedding of one of the owners and that we were the only hotel guests that day/night. We should have been advised so tha we could have stayed elsewhere.the party and loud music went on until 4 in the morning making it impossible to sleep. And made us feel like intruders.

Review 2：No amenities. Only one hard pillow per person. Airconditioner did not cool sufficiently.

Review 3：Lack of instructions on arrival, had to work out most things for ourselves. WiFi limited to public areas.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast an unmissable experience, the buffet a riot of colour, the highlight a beautiful selection of artistically cut fruits.Yet absolutely not a "snobby"place.

Review 8：Very relaxing atmosphere, beautiful grounds and pool area, good location close to town (cisternino -gorgeous town, super restaurants and historic buildings) but far enough away to be peaceful, great food that seemed to be locally sourced, helpful staff, I just love it here, second visit, will definitely stay at villa cenci again.
