Review 1：The room could have been a bit more modern, but you get what you pay for.

Review 4：Staff could not be more helpful with a great sense of humour. Very quiet and peaceful location with fabulous views across the bay. Elevated position gives very pleasant cooling breezes.
Review 5：We seriously can't think of anything we didn't like about the service, both in the hotel and with the restaurants they partnered with. If traveling with very young children or people less inclined to walk, you would do well to have a car. Bus and train stations are nearby, but a good walk away.
Review 6：The staff was very friendly and spoke English (they liked that we tried to speak in broken Italian, though!). Everything was clean and well appointed outside and inside the hotel, and our room looked out into the Mediterranean. Wi-fi worked the entire time, as did the air conditioner. A surprise lovely surprise was that they had deals with local restaurants for several-course meals that were absolutely delicious. We're going back to Mini Hotel if we plan to revisit Naples.

Review 11：- sometimes there was an annoying smell of (probably) a sewage plant (esp. during night), which caused that windows had to be closed all night long - poor breakfast (which is probably normal in Italy)

Review 13：The breakfast was a bit boring for a week. And the sulfur smell of the volcano near the hotel was ugly, but I don't think it's really the hotel's fail... These were easily solved problems.
Review 14：Everybody was friendly and helpful, they solve all the problems: print maps, timetables for us, order dinner, etc. We were by foot, they give us free transfers, it was a big help for us. The view was beautiful, as they say, everything was as they say, no lies. Although we hear about italian hotels our room was comfortable and clean, it was a good experience, maximum value for the money.
Review 15：The hotel was correct, in a quiet area with an amazing view of Ischia island, but which make it more specialvwas the people. We arrived with our own car and parked there and from that moment they take care of us. The first day the gave us a lift to the metro to get to Napoli and they picked us up when we went back. The following day they brought us to the port allowing us to leave our car under their control and our bagage in a safe place in the recepcion. When we came back from Ischia, they came to the port to pick us again. And all this for free!!! And also when doing the check out the girl who was in charge of the breakfast gave us to croissants "for the travel". So really, if you have a car, do not miss Mini Hotel whwn visiting this area.
Review 16：room booked was for 4 adults sharing one room asked for double and 2 singles.got a double plus bunk beds.this was changed to the lower floor where there was two singles and a balcony view.However the double bed mattress was very soft and worn ,the toilet did not flush until you plunged it five or six times. This hotel is on its last legs 70's style decor with wood panelling and very run down.breakfast was just coffee and cheese ham,yogurts ,no tea offered and toast which eventually i asked for and got toasties cheese and ham which were great. if your on a budget and have a car this will suffice,but don't expect too much.

Review 22：Great family owned hotel, the staff were really sweet, and accommodating, especially Piera, the owner's daughter. My daughters loved her. All three of our rooms had balconies, but our room had the perfect view of the Isle of Capri from our balcony. The expressway isn't that far from the hotel if you've rented a car, or you can hop on public transportation, and take it into Naples, if you wanted.

Review 52：Our initial room was cold and it turned out the heater was not working but when we mentioned it, they moved us and upgraded us to a room with a view. You have to drive if you want any shops or restaurants etc.

Review 57：It gives what it says. It's a clean, friendly hotel. On the outside seems a little old , but the inside it's amazing. The rooms are new and the room service is very good. Has also a very good view of the coast. Very good value for the money you pay.

Review 64：The room we stayed in was about 6 ft wide, I could almost strech my arms out and touch each side of the wall. The shower was extremly small and old and the tolit was almost in the shower.

Review 66：Only negative was location - 3 stops from Mostre and about 5 to downtown. But they took me to the train station every morning, which was beyond the call of duty. Still, sometimes if I returned late at night, I was on my own to get home if a taxi wasn't there. I rented a car the last couple days so that solved the problem.
Review 67：I paid what I consider to be very little, so my expectations were low, but I was surprised with a large room, nicely done, extremely clean, very nice exceptionally clean (though basic) bathroom with a great shower. Nothing about it was low rent (which is what I was expecting for the price.) I even had french doors that opened out onto a small balcony, with table/chairs. The view was in the back over the parking lot so not that great, but it was still nice. BUT - in the morning with the free breakfast, having coffee and croissant with a beautiful view of the sea totally made up for it. Loved that view. Good coffee - cappuccino, espresso, whatever I asked for. The staff were great - only a couple people spoke English (and that was only a little) but I had no problem communicating all my requests. They were so great with directions. When I come to Naples again I'm definitely staying here.
Review 68：The staff was not speaking any foreign language, so the communication was mainly using fingers and paper to write down the answers in figures. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so if you are going to have a dinner, plan for a 500m walk along the street (parking will be quite complicated at the restaurant).
Review 69：The hotel offers excellent views to the Gulf of Pozzuolli, both from the terrace and the breakfast room. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is good on Italian standards, offering not only pastries, but also some meat, cheese, tomato and youghurt. The staff was friendly, but some English would help them a lot. They also offer special menu prices at a restaurant not very far from the hotel.

Review 71：The lovely view from the balcony in the picture was quite correct and we were really taken with it. The hotel rooms are again as pictured , slightly old-fashioned but nicely Italian and our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable , we also had a small balcony on the back of the Hotel ( I do not think all rooms have balconies). We had breakfast in the breakfast room and this for Italy was par for the course. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful at all times. We went to see Solfatara volcanic area and found it really strange and interesting , you can sometimes smell sulphur near the Hotel ! If you are travelling by public transport , buses run from near to Pozzuoli Solfatara station (turn right outside , go down approach road and go to bus stop across road) One local orange bus (P6 I think) and the MN1 etc Blue buses go past the hotel -there are only a few per hour so be prepared to wait a few minutes ( it is only a short bus ride but all up-hill to get the lovely view) - We were sad we only spent one night here !!

The breakfasts were accordant with the hotelcategory and country but we have to say it was a little bit poor. It wasno problem if you know about the reason but the sulphuric air has beenmore or less felt whole days.
