Review 1：Unfortunately I didn't find the place welcoming or the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was minimal and when we arrived late one morning…they only gave us a coffee which we thought a bit stiff as we were a large group and one would think that they could have given us a roll or something at the bar…especially as the hotel wasn't full. Also our room had no view when there seemed to be many rooms facing the town of Cisternino, about an hours walk away, which we thought unusual when the place seemed to be empty. They also charged my credit card before I arrived when I stated that I would be paying cash.
