Review 1：The cost was a little on the high side given the time of year and facilities. The food at the restaurant was good, but it appeared there was no choice other than take it or leave it. You may have to share a table.

Review 2：The room was fine and ideal for an overnight stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff were fine and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Review 3：unfriendly atmosphere without feelings of hospitality. spa area closed, even if it was in the description (we booked for that). cold useless swimming pool. the menu of the restaurant was so limited, and not Tyrolean as described (we booked also for that), so we had to eat elsewhere. terrible breakfast, made only for the maximum saving of money (industrial plastic bag croissants, etc). in the morning, during the rooms' cleanings, the new sheets were waiting to be used (for the change) put directly on the floor, in front of our door in the corridor. overall it was like a pension, not a 3 stars hotel.

Review 8：We've stayed there one night only, but we would like to go there again. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and professional. Food - set menu dinner and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 9：We had to eat apart from the others as there was no room in the restaurant. Only a piece of soap and no shampoo was presented in the very clean bathroom.

Review 10：Hotel was very clean and the (only two) staff were very nice! Gave us an excellent meal even though we had not booked on a Saturday night! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast very ample.
