Review 1：I booked 2 twin beds, one bed was fine, the other one had a very bad mattress, sagging and leaning to the side The toilet paper was not restocked Being the only people in the place and all doors locked ... makes you wonder what happens in case of an emergency

Review 2：Location, although on a highway it is close to sightseeing areas, restaurants and easy to find The friendly lady who was there at breakfast on our second day ... she saved our stay!

Review 4：Staff were wonderful, breakfast was adequate and nice, bar in the evening was open until fairly late which was handy as there are no pubs nearby within walking distance, the area was nice , plenty of shops around and not far to travel by car to Haaselt center , Japanese gardens were absolutely gorgeous , they let us put bottles of water in freezer because of heatwave, so very accomodating..

Review 7：I could hear music from somewhere. It stopped sometime after midnight and wasn't too disturbing but might be a problem for anyone who needs complete silence to sleep.

Review 9：We had problem with room - water dripped from the ceiling into the bed. It was late and hotel full, so the owner promised 50 % discount. We helped with the relocation of bed. In the morning he did not give us the discount as promised :( That is why we will never choose this hotel again.

Review 33：Small staircase, no elevator. We had booked the suite, but we did not have any sofa in the room. Lights and light switches in the bathroom were of poor quality (the roof light in the bathroom did not work). Hard to get warm water in the shower. The spotlights in the bathroom had a dimming switch that did not work properly. Spacious bedroom, but space was not optimally used.

Review 35：The only way to get to the room was to either go through the restaurant and up a narrow back stairway or walk up metal stairs on the outside of the building up to the roof of the 1st floor (that was how we had to get our luggage in). For someone who is afraid of heights, it was a bit scary. Our room faced the road and we could hear the traffic even with the windows closed (although it did not affect how well we slept).

Review 36：The room was the perfect size for the two of us. There was a desk and a wine fridge (with complimentary water and soda) as well as a small table and chair. The TV was huge and had many English speaking channels. The bathroom was very large and was obviously recently renovated. The room had heat and a/c that we could control (once we figured out the control). There is a nice size closet as well as a safe for any valuables. The breakfast that was included in our room rate was good. There were meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs and fruit available. The staff was very friendly and even those who spoke limited English were very nice and tried to help us the best they could. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel during our stay and while they had a very limited menu, the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 40：The bed for two was 2 separate mattresses which was not comfortable. Allready water in the bath jakuzi "unsure if clean water or not" . Bathroom was very cold. Airconditioner was very loud.
