Reviews for Mito Hotel Season

Review 1：Staff were preoccupied with each other, had to return a number of time to get them to switch on the air-conditioning, or to ask for towels etc. Didn't see any other people staying, so no obvious reason as to why they'd forgotten most things.

Review 2：Location was very good, convenient for lake, park, nearby cafes and the station

Review 3：Requested non-smoking room but got smoking room and was unable to change (was given air refresher to compensate). Carpet was stained and bathroom basin cupboard was broken. Bicycle rentals has a 3 hour limit (but if speak to the front desk, may be able to negotiate for a longer time). TV was small.

Review 4：Spacious twin room with beautiful views of Senba Lake. Free bicycle rentals on new modern bikes the best part of the stay. Staff were excellent; very friendly and though spoke little to no English were very helpful (was able to leave luggage at hotel and rent bikes even after check out).

Review 5：I found that Wifi was not available in all the hotel rooms, so I had to go to the lobby to use Internet.
