Review 1：Nothing! (it is quite a journey to reach it by public transport but that's part of the fun - though the ryokan owners can pick you up)
Review 2：Great, friendly staff. Lovely tatami room (a separate dining/living area from sleeping area). While being cold at night, the rooms have excellent heating and a lovely onsen bath to warm you up. Traditional breakfast and dinner was included too. The day of departure the lady took us to a market with local produce and left us at the bus stop to go straight to Minshuku Hisaya (cultural village with houses of thatched roofs) Fantastic stay.
Review 3：The hotel does not accept credit card. That region's ATMs do not accept ATM with Cirrus/Plus. If you want the hotel to provide breakfast (1000Yen/pax) or dinner (4500yen to 6900yen per pax), you need to prepare enough cash. Male and female toilet located at 2 different ends of the hotel with quite a distance in between. The bathrooms are located only at the onsen block which is different from the room.
Review 4：The hotel's Onsen is excellent. The hotel has a very spacious private parking space. The operator speaks some English.
