Offering elegant apartments with panoramic views across Monte Rosa and Colle Ranzola mountains, Villa Fridau is set in a mountainous area 0.9 miles outside Gressoney-Saint-Jean centre.
With a traditional Alpine style, apartments have wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors and colourful furniture. They feature a TV, free internet access and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave.
Residence Villa Fridau features a large sun terrace, a living area with a bar corner, and a library. Parking is free, as is WiFi access throughout.
The villa dates back to the 1800s. It features a modern wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, and 2 hot tubs, plus hay-treatment facilities and a waterbed with chromotherapy.
The Weissmatten ski slopes are around 0.6 miles away and are easily reached via the cross-country ski tracks in front of the hotel.

Review 1：Wifi was terrible, but so was roaming via mobile network - problem is with Milan telecom exchange, not the hotel.

Review 3：we had 2 rooms. wifi in one room did not seem to work. i think a small kettle would be great. in the spa area shower gel and shampoo etc would be a good idea.

Review 18：The apartments are cosy which means they are a bit on the small side. The kitchenette is okay, but don't expect the standards you might be used from your own kitchen, it's rather small and only offers the basic pots, pans etc. Other than that, a fabulous place!

Review 19：Beautifully appointed, great spa, friendly owners. Very clean and the location is great, not far from the underrated Weissmatten ski area and a an easy 15-20 minute drive up the mountain to Stafal from where you access three gorgeous ski areas. Must be beautiful in summer and autumn too!
