Review 1：Dated bedding and furnishing, not as suggested in the photos on this website. The sink in the room hadnt been used in a while and the drain had made the room smell quite bad!

Review 3：I think it's already an extra to have an hair-dryer, but nevertheless. The hair-dryer was one of those tiny travel hair-dryers. Any time you let go of the start button it doesn't start any more because it's overheated.
Review 4：#1 The location #2 The breakfast was absolutely great for the money that you pay. The personnel working in the breakfast room is very friendly as well. #3 The fact that the shared bathroom was cleaned in the evening as well as in the morning before the most guests wake up.

Review 6：The hotel is located right in the center, which is great! There's no parking due to this but you can park nearby in the blue zone parking. We got in to Trento pretty late and the receptionist was waiting up for us and guided us where to park as well. There was a shared bathroom on our floor but the bathroom and toilet were pretty clean. There was a sink in our room so we could brush our teeth there. Overall it was just as you would expect for the price, I was happy that it was fairly clean.
Review 7：I didnt like the view, because we could see only walls of other hotels. And the shared bathroom - the toilet was in the same room with the shower and there was no sink to wash your hands, you had to go back to your room to wash them.

Review 9：Door lock was unreliable and room was loud and very cold. Opted for shared bathroom but did not expect it to be so small and wet - didn't even have a shower curtain and had to wait 5+ mins for hot water to kick in. Asked reception for some help with train tickets however she could not speak English and I had to look elsewhere. WiFi, while good in lobby was barely functional in room.

Review 26：Staff could be a bit more pro-active. Asking "did you enjoy your stay" or "good morning" doesn't hurt and gives the guest a more welcome feeling. Hotel could be a bit more decorated in general. Cold and empty spaces like the lobby and corridors.

Review 28：NONE OF THESE ARE MAJOR ISSUES: The hotel is actually in two separate buildings with entrances on round a corner from each other - I went to the wrong entrance in first instance Don't think there was a lift in the 'main' building - but not an issue for me as I was in the other part (which did have a lift) Plumbing is bit odd. You have to let the hot taps run for quite a while (minutes) before you get hot water. Toilet flush is by high pressure water via a connection to the mains - so if you just turn the lever it continues flushing till you turn it back. In my single room bathroom there was a bath with shower house - but no screen or curtain so you have to shower kneeling down to avoid getting water everywhere

I asked if I could see a double room (as I was in a single) and that looked very good (and had a big shower cubicle) These far outweigh the minor issues that I didn't like and I plan to return with my wife for a longer stay

Review 34：As the name of the hotel says it was an authentic Venetian apartment, In the bathroom everytime we took a shower the water that drained in the bath appeared in the floor of the bathroom throught a hole, so the bathroom became a lake, it was only missing the gondola.

Review 36：The lounge and the corridors were perfect, but unfortunately the interior of the room was a little bit rundown and the wind had quasi whistled through the gaps of the windows and the door. And it was cold.

Review 43：I have booked the room to share with a friend and I found it great that each bed was divided by a door (which gave us a lot of privacy) and each part of the room had its own sink. Very clean, the best possible location in town (you are literally in Piazza Duomo) and you can feel it's a family business. Great value for money.
