Review 1：Thanks to Fabrizio and Vincenzo who they made me the perfect vacation. It was the best vacation of my life. Great dinner and wine, besides also was perfect in the morning. It was the perfect vacation do not want to return home about. As promised I'll go back, I'll come out to play again. I miss the place already.

Review 2：The small spa room needs to be booked in advance as it is too small to accommodate all guests but no mention of this was made when we booked. The parking space is on the side of the road outside the main gate. The dinner we were offered to take on site was too expensive for what it was and nothing special. The location on the side of the road is not ideal.

Review 5：Fabrizio and Vicenzo were amazing!!! They were very helpful all times. Me and my husband stayed there (for our honeymoon) and it was perfect! The breakfast was full of options! ;) Very clean and tidy rooms Strategic location to go to other cities in Tuscany.

Review 6：We enjoyed staying in this place and the owners are very welcome and helpful. The rooms are super clean and the place is beautiful, we love the area much more than the south of Toscana. If you are a couple who want to make reservation for the suite we don’t recommend you to do it. We stayed 3 nights in the suite and another night in the blue room and except from the size (The suite is 2 rooms - bed room, living room and a toilet + shower) you get nothing special by paying more for the suite and the regular room is large and beautiful. The owners aren't always there so u need to ask between 8:00-13:00 and again from 16:00-20:00 if u need something – for us it was no problem. The breakfast is great with a verity of bread yogurts fruits and sweets, but if u crazy for vegetables u will find only tomatoes. All in all great place in this location

Review 7：The room on the side of the highway can be noisy through the night. We declined a kind offer to upgrade to the other side of the property -which I regretted as the price difference is small-.

Review 8：Attention to detail,a very dedicated manager! My mom loved all the little stuff in the bathroom, even a toothbrush and a shaving kit! Gorgeous views, very relaxing terrace and plentiful breakfast. Overall a lovely experience, I would not hesitate to return! Ps. Best minibar winner ever!

They keep the place extremely clean, so perfectly designed and decorated, and always glad to hand a nice tip about the surrounding area. 3. Review 21：Nevertheless, we could never feel relaxed in this beautiful B&B that Fabrizio created. For example, they were only 2 salt and pepper shakers in the breakfast buffet. When we took one for our table for our use, 2 minutes later either Fabrizio or another person working at the kitchen came by our table asking it back. Obviously the owner of the B&B was such a perfectionist that: There was a sign in our bathroom stating that sheets and towels would be changed every 3 days. Considering the environment and our personal use we hung the towels that we would continue to use and laid the dirty, little face towels that we didn’t want to use on the corner of the unused bidet. Every day, we came back to a bathroom to nicely folded towels. In our last day, we realized that they were also perfectly folding back the little dirty towels that we were leaving on the corner of the bidet which really blew our mind and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disgusted. Therefore, it’s a shame that no matter how beautiful the B&B was, we will never remember it with good sentiments.

Review 22：The owner of the B&B Fabrizio created a beautiful place. As a family we stayed in one his triple and one double room. Our rooms, the terrace where we had the breakfast, kitchen area were so chic and beautifully furnished. It was really lovely to have breakfast in the terrace accompanied by Fabrizio’s very well behaved, lovely dog and 2 cats.

Review 26：We had a wonderful time staying in this B&B. The house itself and the rooms are beautifully decorated, and the whole atmosphere is very warm. The bed is really comfortable, it was hard waking up in the morning... Each room has it's own character. I can't judge the other rooms, but we stayed in the pink room, and it was very nice and spacious, and with a lovely view to some Tuscany hills. The house does sit close to a road, but it didn't really bother us, or diminsh from our experience. The breakfast is also nice and filling. Above all, Fabrizio and Vincenzo are wonderful people. They give great service, and definitely enhance your stay. Warmly recommended!

Review 57：Our baby (1 year old) is charged EU20 per night for baby cot and breakfast. That's a bit high in my opinion. Other than this, everything is perfect.

Our hosts were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and offered great advice for local venues. The B&B was decorated very nicely and was impeccably clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was so very good. They made an incredible breakfast and it felt like eating at home (cozy). The wifi was very fast! You can tell our hosts put their heart and soul into this and want you too feel at home. Thank you!

Review 69：Located on a highway, the parking was on the highway, so was dangerous to get in and out of our car. My advice for the owners; if you are on a noisy highway , and you have the sound proof windows, as you do, invest in a/c. The mosquitos and the noise were awful. Also invest in a good Wi-Fi, the hot-spot forum you use did not work well, as we had to keep signing in every twenty minutes, and putting in a complicated password, and had an extremely weak signal.
