Reviews for Villa Soles

Review 1:Poor internet connection. Only cold shower in the bathroom this year although warm water in the sink was running.

Review 2:I usually sleep in Villa Soles after arriving to Palermo by the sea. Nice and quiet place in the garden. Pleasant staff. The best perhaps is the fact, that to find Villa Soles is extremely easy even for a stranger. What a relief from hectic and confusing Palermo evening traffic.

Review 3:The village had not much to offer not, even a nice beach. The only beach that had sunbeds and umbrellas costs 10€/person to enter and it was in a poor state. Citydump and beach all in one.

Review 4:Good aircon and nice beds. The staff was nice. The conclusion about the hotel is that you get what you are paying.

Review 5:Not to clean room, old hair in the bathroom, bad smell. Could be nice hotel but requires more take care from the owners (like cleaning dirty spots on the walls, clean the windows, etc)

Review 6:the hotel is laid out simply , not in a bad way , but no frills, which is exactly what is needed in a hotel, staff is friendly , location is perfect , close enough to Palermo to get to the port quickly but quiet enough so that you feel safe

Review 7:The brioches were good but the capuccino was terrible.

Review 8:A calm place with parking for people that do not want to go into the traffic and chaos of Palermo. There are some good places to eat close to it too.

Review 9:You can hear all rooms, no sound proofing even if a person coughs.

Review 10:The staff are very helpful, basic amenities and clean.

Review 11:Dogs howling during the night but I'm not sure how they would control this and it would be better if you could make your own food other than that it was great...

Review 12:Good staff, good breakfast and near to Porticello which is nice for the day and has several restaurants worth visiting. Rooms have their own private balconies which is nice. It's very near the train station (20 minutes to Palermo).

Review 13:Very poor breakfast.

Review 14:Friendly staff. Near the sea. Quiet. The proximity of the highway does not interfere. For those who drive. Вроде все хорошо, но ооочень бедно.

Review 15:very small and disappointing room for 3 people, no fridge, no ccoking possibility, bit too simple breakfast, was expecting more for the money

Review 16:quick check in, friendly hosts, hotel not in crazy Palermo, easy access, parking possibility

Review 17:Michele was very helpful with directions, suggestions, he went so far asto tie a lovely knot in my fiances tie for a wedding we attended, heprovided 1st floor accommodations for our aging Mothers so they didnthave to carry luggage or climb stairs. Rooms were very basic butspotlessly clean. Breakfast was a delicious fresh croissant andcappuchino or cafe'. Located within walking distance of beach andliterally 100 meters from train station. Near Autostrada. Town of SantaFlavia is quaint, with cute shops and restaurants. Porticello is righton the water with lots of restaurants, boating and tourist activities.

Review 18:Very old room, poor breakfast (1 croissant and 1 cup of so calledcappuccino), loud dogs all night in the neighbourhood...

Review 19:Table outside the bedroom in the garden, parking

Review 20:The room was cleaned only superficially, so endless mosquitos would hide in the not really clean spots. We had to fight the entire night to kill them so didn't really sleep well

Review 21:It was quiet. The fresh croissants and cappuccino in the morning.

Review 22:hotel is clean, rooms are quite big compared to other places in sicily and price is very reasonable . Located aconvenoentley 17 km away from Palermo Port. Close enough to commute , but far enough if you are not into the husstle and bustle of the city

Review 23:Basic Breakfast, thin walls, in 4 persons room 2 beds were very confy and 2 were poor.

Review 24:Friendly and helpfull staff, beautifull garden, comfortable car park; large and clean bathroom.

Review 25:very good position and easy to find for travellers to Palermo

Review 26:Sound insulation is not good.

Review 27:Clean, friendly staffs, beautiful graden, delightful suroundings.

Review 28:in pictures looks better..

Review 29:a neat room

Review 30:Useful for transit, not to stay longer than one night. Breakfeast was poor, just one cruasant per person. In pictures looks better than reality.

Review 31:Was near the train station so very easy to travel to other places. Best to hire a car if you want to go to more remote places though.

Review 32:Bad tasting Coffee

Review 33:Dogs barking at night
