Review 1：The hotel is old (could be renewed) and the bed was noisy and not comfortable. The room was very small, we barely could walk around the room with 2 not-too-big bags inside it. The shower is too small and the room was a little bit smelly. Wifi only works in the hall - no wifi in the rooms (we're in 2016!!!!!).

Review 2：The breakfast is good with nice options of food and beverages (cold and hot) and the staff was really nice and helpful. Is very close to the central train station (100m) and you can walk all the sights of the city in less than 20 minutes from the hotel.

Review 3：Internet connection is very poor. Don't prefer if internet connection is important for you. Shower area was very small and all the bathroom become wet when you take a shower.

Review 6：We were attended to even though the hotel was officially closed for some refurbishment, so our experience of it was obviously limited. In view of their generous attitude to our situation I can only wish them well in the future.Great food at restaurant next door. 200yards from station.

Review 7：I liked the 5th and 6th c churches, with their colourful mosaics. Theitinerary of my trip of cities in ne Italy was based on my desire to seethe mosaic-rich churches in Ravenna. I enjoyed food in Ravenna, as wellas the other cities of Bologna, Modena, Venice, Padua and Verona.

Review 8：Wifi is terrible. Each device should have username and password taken from the reception. Rooms were tiny. Windows couldn't close properly, thus was very noisy. Rooms in general were very noisy. Parking is available for free but is 200-300m away and it is public - next to the central bus station. It wasn't realy clean!

Review 9：The location is very good. The staff speaks english well. Breakfast was acceptable. It's okay if you are travelling and have to go through and stay for a night in Ravenna with a car.

Review 10：Double bed doesn't mean joining two single mattress together. I would say that hotel administration should provide double bed when they confirmed double bed.

Review 11：Close to station, city centre was on approx. 10 min walk, nice restaurants nearby. Room was clean and nice breakfast. I recommend this hotel, based on our experience.

Review 14：The room was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning thermostat was stuck on 30 degrees. The staff eventually adjusted it but the room was much too hot all night and full of mosquitoes. Staff refused to do anything about that.

Review 27：Not a 3 star hotel, a good 2 star. Breakfast was good/basic but the waitress who guards the buffet physically took an apple away from me and replaced it on the buffet. Having only had a small bowl of yoghurt, I went to take the apple out of the room and she marched over to me and humiliated me like a criminal! Unacceptable in my opinion.

Review 37：Staff knew english which was very helpful for me (non-italian) to converse with them. They were very friendly and helped us in many ways. For example they offer to print our ticket free of cost. They also provided us place to kept our language with safely for half a day after we checked out hotel and needed to keep our language somewhere. This hotel is located just 3-5 min walk away from station which I felt was very convenient. Although it is not in the city center, considering the small size of city it did not matter at the end.

Review 38：Hotel Roma was the last place my partner and I stayed at after a long2.5 week road trip through the Balkans. I wasn't sure what toexpect from past reviews, but I was immensely surprised and pleasedwith our stay.The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained. Our room was immaculate. The sheets were literally some of the cleanest I've seen in all the hotels I've stayed at in over 40 countries. The AC was cranking and I slept like a baby. I get what people have said about the location, but it's not THAT dicey. We saw couples riding bikes and a young mother pushing her child in a carriage on our block at night. If you're traveling with another person and you're generally sensible, it's nothing to worry about. Overall, good stay.
