Review 1：Don't look at the address on booking.com but search it on google maps because the address on booking.com is wrong.

Review 3：Very friendly and helpful .... a very warm welcome. Gave us a very good tip for a restaurant nearby and called ahead to check if we could take our dog.
Review 4：Rock hard pillows, but slept well! Could do with coffee making facilities in room as no where to go and get one! Also a couple of glasses for water would have been helpful.

We didn't know, just passing through, but the area is surprisingly calm and really nice (country side, beautiful, perfect for biking and walking), the rooms very nice, the hospitality super! Whenever back in Italy we certainly plan to stay here a bit longer. Try la confitura and miel, it is super! Thx a lot!
Review 7：Great hospitality. We were late because of the traficjam, but that's was no problem for Francesco. His advice, travel safe, I will wait and send a sms with route advice. At 00.30 we got a more than warm welcome.In the morning his father showed us his Vespa and made a testdrive with our daughters.The kids played with the dog and horse. Breakfast was great, with scrambled eggs.Rooms with big space and perfect beds. Location is realy great. Outside in the swimming pool almost ready.
