Review 1：because of the restaurant-hotel style (gasthof) there is no proper reception. bit inconvenient for check-in and check-out, especially to find the staff in charge of.

Review 8：A tourist town, but not the typical town North American tourists would go for. Mostly European German tourists. This gives it an unique fell for Italy. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We visited the ICEMAN in Bolsano on our way to Chiusa and the next day went to Alpes Suis for a day of hiking. Two nights here was just right.

Review 15：The location - it is not too far from the train station and located inside the old town. The hiking path to the beautiful monastery Sabiona is just next to the hotel. The apartment room is huge, with fully equipped kitchen which is very helpful especially in a cold spring days for making your hot beverages/meals.
Review 16：Parking is not in the obvious place, and is directly off a major road, so a little awkward to get into.
Review 17：This place is amazing. We had a two bedroom apartment which turned out to be almost palatial compared to the others we had stayed in during the trip. The woman who looked after us was lovely, and although she seemed to work morning and night in the accomodation and restaurant, we were very well looked after. The restaurant is also worth a visit. Very atmospheric, good food. The kids loved the working water wheel and eating in a wine barrel.
