Review 1：The owner is not kind at all. We couln't get into the house because he was late and he did't even say "Sorry". BUT in the morning he came to us at 9.40 that's "breakfast is ready" We asked the breakfast to be ready at 10 :) You can smell the animals, but it is an agriturismo, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Review 4：Luciano was friendly and accommodating. Assisted with early check in, made sure that there was a large table at breakfast for a group of us attending the same conference. Found us dinner reservations at 3 very nice restaurants. Place was extremely clean, furnishings in the room were comfortable.
Review 5：We asked for an earlier check in than the stated 5pm, & it was confirmed by the owner, that 2pm to 3pm would be ok. The night before our arrival, he said not possible & we couldn't arrive before 5pm. This is very late to check in, there was nothing to do in Lodi because we had all our luggage in our car & couldn't leave it unattended..a bit disappointing.
Review 6：Lovely modern room with good shower. Excellent breakfast. Good place to stay if you have a car, which we did. The owner was pleasant but never mentioned our problem with the check in.
Review 7：Lots of farm buildings, not very clear where to find reception which was unmanned when we arrived. Windows overlooked courtyard so had to keep curtains drawn for privacy.

Review 11：The conversion of this old farm building has been done with a high level of sensitivity and quality. It was just charming and the owner and his family provided a very warm welcome. We stayed in 5 hotels during this particular trip and this one stood out by far as the one of real quality and style. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel or to use it again ourselves. Multo Bello as they say!
Review 12：Wifi didn't work at first but this was promptly fixed and we had no troubles beyond that. Exiting the property to a busy road was difficult in traffic.

This was February though and added to the relaxed charm of the place for me. I was also asked to lock the door when I arrived back late, which wasn't a problem but might not suit everyone.
Review 40：A high quality hotel beautifully decorated and furnished in country style, hidden inside an old unappealing looking farm building. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and relaxed. I have never stayed in a more attractive, well looked after, place, even if it is in effect a bed and breakfast.
