Review 1：No hand soap available in the room. Other than that the place really is perfectly kept and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Review 2：We were looking for a nice place to stay for one night before heading from Siena to Ravenna. The small house is located right next to Terme San Giovanni. The room was lovely and equipped with everything we needed (air con, wi fi, mosquito protection jalousette,...) except for soap. The host waited for us as we were arriving late and welcomed us with a smile and great recommendations for the next stop of our tour. The wine (not included in the rate of course) was excellent and so was the breakfast. We then decided to relax in the Terme the next morning and are still happy we did so. It is a wonderful place to stay with a very friendly host situated in a great landscape! We would come there again any time.
Review 3：The air conditioning did not work well, had to wait a long time before the room would be cool.
Review 4：the location, the mosquitoenets at the windows to sometimes sleep with open windows, breakfast with own produces, olive oil, jams. The kind attentions of Roberta, friend of the owner, who speaks fluent English and French and gives very good practical advice on the region, neighbourhood, knows a lot of good addresses.
